SunKissed Beach House is spacious, updated and exceptionally clean and well-stocked. There are 3 bedrooms and a bonus room with a queen-size pull-out sofa to allow 8 to sleep comfortably... and 3.5 baths - all fully renovated with soaker tubs. The main living area is an open floor plan with a well-stocked kitchen which opens into a bright and sunny breakfast/dining room. The house is fully equipped for an enjoyable vacation, including a fully renovated kitchen, master suite and bathrooms.

Be on the sand in less than 5 minutes!! SunKissed Beach House is a single family home located just two short blocks from the wide beaches of the western tip of Emerald Isle, in an area known as the Point. The Point of Emerald Isle has limited traffic so it's an excellent area for biking, running and skateboarding... or simply relaxing on the deck. The beach is wonderful for kids of all ages... with a gentle slope that is perfect for skim-boarding, shelling, a long walk, or sitting in the sun with a great book! The beach cart is perfect for getting gear to the beach easily.

And to keep your vacation stress-free, a local contact is on-call 24/7 should you find anything out of order.

And let’s not forget the fishing!! Fishing abounds from September through May. With a city-issued permit, vehicles can drive on the beach to access prime fishing spots at The Point. In addition to surf fishing, SunKissed Beach House is approximately three miles from the Bogue Pier in downtown Emerald Isle.

If you are looking for activities away from the beach, you will find many attractions nearby. An amusement park, movie theaters, putt-putt courses, excellent restaurants, and shopping of all sorts can be found in & around Emerald Isle. The newly renovated North Carolina Aquarium is located in nearby Pine Knoll Shores, a visit to historic Swansboro or Beaufort, or a ferry ride to Cape Lookout National Seashore would offer hours of entertainment and education.

About SunKissed Beach House
With over 2600 square feet of living space, there is ample room for guests to get comfortable! The entire front of the house has open and covered decks on two levels, providing plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors in rain or sunshine. You can access the house through an covered entrance (no need to run up steps in the rain!) or via the front decks.

Smart TVs with cable, DVD/VCR players, a library of movies, books and games, and high speed wireless network are available throughout SunKissed.

SunKissed has been renovated from the ground up:
On the ground level, there is covered parking for 4 vehicles with an additional parking area that is perfect for a boat or an RV. There is an outdoor shower with drying line for wet suits and towels. A locked storage area is on the ground level has a refrigerator that's perfect for large items and beach drinks, the WheeleEze beach cart and 6-8 beach chairs with umbrella and beach toys. There's also space to store bikes and other gear. Both gas and charcoal grills are available. Plus: in-season fresh herb garden for those who cook on their vacation!

First floor:
There are two bedrooms, two fully renovated bathrooms, a bonus room, and a laundry room on the first floor. All three rooms on the first floor have sliding doors that access the front decks. Bedroom One has a private bath (48" tiled shower); the second bath is accessed from the main hallway (tiled tub/shower). The separate laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer and storage for your suitcases.
• Bedroom One: twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle plus adjoining private bathroom with tiled shower.
• Bedroom Two: queen bed; large closet; lots of windows, cable TV.
• Bonus room: pull-out queen sleeper sofa; cable TV.
• Renovated full bath with soaking tub.


Second floor:
The main living area is an open floor plan on the second level. This includes a large breakfast room wrapped in windows, a well equipped kitchen, the den with fireplace (gas logs) and flat screen large-screen smart TV with VCR/DVD unit and stereo system, plus a half bath.
• Breakfast room provides seating for 8-12; views in three directions, including Bogue Sound & Channel; opens onto covered porch area.
• Kitchen offers all major appliances including 5 burner gas stove, microwave, fridge with filtered water and ice, 2 coffee makers (Keurig and traditional), blender, large crockpot, toaster, waffle-maker, and a full array of high quality kitchen ware, cooking utensils and knives; bar seating for four.
• Large den provides seating comfortably for 8; gas fireplace; smart TV with VCR/DVD; opens onto the main deck.
• Half bath

Third Floor:
The third floor includes a large master bedroom, adjoining private bath with tiled soaking tub/shower, and loft office area with desk and library of books for you to enjoy while visiting SunKissed.
• Master bedroom: king bed, sitting area and large palladium window with view of the ocean; smart TV; private renovated full bath with soaking tub; large walk-in closet.
• Office area: work desk, wireless internet, library.

NOTE that linens are an optional service for stay at SunKissed. There are 2 options for rental linen service: a basic package where linens will be at the house upon arrival ($160) and a luxury package with high-quality linens and beds made ($190). Please the owner if you are interested in renting a linen package.
