Book your stay at our homey and welcoming 3 bedroom space, designed for guests to enjoy. We are a short 10 min drive from the Buffalo Airport. There is plenty to do during your stay: downtown Buffalo and Niagara Falls are both a 20 min drive, and our quiet, safe neighborhood is the perfect place to relax for the evening. We suggest taking a walk at Reinstein Woods nature preserve. With a park in the backyard and access to an abundance of restaurants and shops nearby, you will love this space!

We were in town working on a second shift project. Property worked out well for the four of us to have a place to go to get some rest other than a hotel. A lot of us a space to sprawl out and relax. Alex was a great host!

Comfy, Clean and Convenient Unit in Buffalo Area

This was our second stay in this unit and all I can say is - we’ll be back! The pics and description provided are what we’ve experienced with each visit. Once again our family of four enjoyed our stay and appreciated having some a space while visiting family. It’s rare you find a three bedroom but when traveling with teenagers the extra room was great! Thanks Alex for being such a great host!!

The place was clean with comfortable beds & furniture. The neighborhood was a nice & quiet. Overall it was a pleasant stay. We enjoyed the ability to stay in a place without the hotel traffic making our dogs bark & letting us get some peace & quiet.

Great place, great host

We had to quarantine for 14 days before our daughter could go onto her college campus. This was a great place to do it. Our host, Alex, was amazing. He responded to our questions quickly and went above and beyond to meet our needs. This VRBO has a huge TV with Netflix, Hulu and other channels from which to select. It has a charging station with all of the plugs needed for most electronics. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The backyard setup was nice, too. We would definitely recommend staying in this VRBO, which is in a quiet suburban neighborhood.

Clean, good neighborhood and nice host.

We loved this place. Very Clean and large enough for 8 people. Was right across from park where kids could play. Miniature golf, ice cream, stores were close by. The host quickly replied when we had questions. Highly suggest this place to see Niagara Falls or just a nice get away.

Large home with all the necessities. Clean, comfortable & modern. Nice quiet neighborhood & easy to find, easy access & convenient parking. We all slept better the 2 nights we were there, than we had everywhere else we'd stayed on our vacation.

Beats a Motel Ten Fold

This is my first time using VRBO. I have been a victim of time shares and stayed at countless hotels. Staying here had all the comforts of home and at a much lesser price. we could cook and eat what we wanted. we each had our own room and the few things we texted and requested were furnished within minutes. the price was 1/3rd what i would have paid for motels so the three of us would have our privacy. I will continue to use this service going forward. Thank you

This air bnb is fantastic. Very nice, quiet area, very nice home. The beds are comfortable, slept great. Lots to eat around the area and shopping if needed. Owners were very easygoing and very quick to respond to messages. Would 100% stay here again!

House near the airport

The location was very good, only about 10 minutes from the airport which was great since we had 6 am flights. We wished we had more control of the air conditioning but fans helped. The house was very clean. We were a little confused about getting to the unit., but we figured out that we had to enter the side door and walk up to the second floor where the locked door was. The owner was very communicative and helpful. It was a very good experience.

I live nearby and able to accommodate our guests within reason at any time during the day and mostly into the night.

Why they chose this property

A spacious driveway can accommodate multiple vehicles. A garage is also available for a fee if requested prior. We have a community park practically in our back yard with a playground, outdoor community pool and basketball courts which has been highly regarded by our previous guests. The neighborhood is very quiet as we are tucked away on a private street but still very close to major attraction points like Niagara Falls, the city of Buffalo, Elmwood, Allentown and North Buffalo.

Quiet, family oriented neighborhood with a park practically in our back yard. Close to many shopping outlets.
