2 Bedroom Family Cabin #3 3/4 Miles to Cumberland Marina WIFI-NO CLEANING FEE!

There are three separate cabins to choose from. Each cabin comes with a fully equipped kitchen and will accommodate up to six guests.
All Linens and towels provided, just bring your fishing poles and beach towels!
-Nicely updated, less than a mile from the new Cumberland Marina. (Formerly Alligator 2 dock).
-Very private location at the end of a dead end street with plenty of room for parking your boat and a nice wooded view of the Lake. Anchor your boat in the cove and you can see your cabin from the lake!
-Lots of green space to run around and a charcoal grill and picnic tables along with a large fire pit are available for your use.
*This listing is for our Cottage # 3, which is our Fishing Lodge. We have decorated for the fishing enthusiast and family! TV with Dish network and high spreed internet. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. We also have provide extra linens and plenty of room for you to bring an air mattress, with a limit of 6 people per cabin. We have a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare a meal, including a coffee maker with filters. ( bring your own coffee) Family room space has a flat screen TV and cable. There is also a deck to enjoy the serine location with a table and four chairs. (There are stairs to climb leading to this cabin)
-The yard has a picnic table, charcoal grill and large fire pit.
**Plenty of Parking For Boat and Trailer.
**We have 3 Cottages listed separately, but at the same location, making them perfect for a group of families vacationing together.

Family vacation

Came to Kentucky to spend time with other family members who were in Kentucky. We enjoyed our stay, quiet, peaceful and very clean. Would stay again if in the area.

It was very clean and quiet place to stay we enjoyed it Very much. It was our 31st wedding anniversary. We try to get away once a year for our anniversary and I must say this is the cleanest place I’ve been yet.

Nice clean small place, well decorated. Well equipped with everything you need for meals. Bathroom was well stocked with enough towels for two for the weekend. If you stay here, there’s a restaurant just down the street called the country cafe. It’s awesome!!

Great mini-honeymoon location!

The cabin is exactly as pictured. #3 is the one at the far end with lots of steps. Inside was very clean and homey. It had all the cooking equipment necessary for making dinner inside, plus spatulas and other things for grilling outside. Freezer will hold 2 large ice bags. It’s very close to the marina, which also has excellent rates for all day pontoon rentals. The only thing bad about this vacation was I managed to lose my phone in Lake Cumberland so I can’t share the photos I took. Very responsive and friendly manager. Would definitely stay again!

Great vacation

Nice and relaxing place to stay. Close to the marina, but unfortunately you can not park your trailer at that marina. If you are launching and retrieving your boat daily there is a ramp at the end of 76. It is a quick drive. Much more convenient.

Russell Springs lake cabin

We had a great experience at this lake cabin. I do recommend it for a family gathering. There are three cabins together it would be nice to rent all three at the same time and have a big weekend for all. The property manager was very friendly and accommodating.

Well maintained and clean

Our rental was very clean, the owners were very easy to communicate with and we’re very friendly. There was a small issue with some black snakes on the property (out of the owners hands, it’s in a wooded area) but other then that everything was perfect!

Lake Pointe Resort

We had a lovely time. It was very relaxing. The only comment we have is well it didn’t bother us in the least, there are numerous ladybugs 🐞 hanging around the property. Again it didn’t bother us just giving you some information. We definitely would consider returning any time of year

Very quiet spot! Great for the four of us! Convenient to boat ramps and ample parking for small boat and truck.

We are Monty and Tina Siler, high school sweethearts who live in Dayton, Ohio, where we own a small business. We have been married for 34 years and have 3 children. We've been coming to Russell Springs for years to visit our family, who own Lakepointe Resort. In 2016 we finally decided to purchase a place to stay in while we were visiting, and then also rent to others when we weren't. We had so much fun sprucing these cabins up and making them cute and comfortable. Hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Having visited this area for many years, we fell in love with the beautiful, tranquil setting. So when these cabins became available, we knew we wanted them for our family and others to enjoy.
They were also conveniently located next to our family's resort, making it easier for them to help us manage them, since we live out of state

What makes this property unique

We love this unique property with its large open green space and expanse of grown trees that give lots of shade. The beautiful natural view of the water and woods is like a private paradise. We could sit on the swing and enjoy the solitude and beauty for hours.
A short drive down the road and you're on the lake! We are so happy and proud to have this little piece of country heaven to share with others so they can enjoy it too!
