About this property

Vacationers' Delight at Conley Bottom

Perfect lake stay! If you know the Conley Bottom community, or want to find out what Lake Life is all about, this house will welcome you to it all. We do vacation right. Come back from a long boat day to a 75 inch flat screen in the living room. Or retire to the comfy king master and watch the 55 inch.
This cozy, smoke-free, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is located 1/4 mile from the popular Conley Bottom Marina. Located on the last road before the resort entrance, it is just a 1 minute golf cart drive or car ride to put your boat in the water.

There is a fully-equipped kitchen which includes a keurig machine, microwave, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. The handmade farmhouse kitchen table seats 6 comfortably. The back porch has a view of the neighboring pond. Trash bags and paper towels are provided.

The main bedroom has a brand new king size bed and a 55 inch flat screen tv. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full over full beds with a 32 inch flat screen tv.

The living room is situated just inside the front door and has a 70 inch flat screen tv, and two new couches that convert into full beds.

The bathroom has a shower and towels/washcloths are provided for 5 people.

The driveway is large enough to accommodate two cars and a vehicle towing a boat.

We also have a golf cart (with bench back seat) available for rental upon request.

Conley Bottom Marina is just 1 minute away from the home for boat rental and many types of water activities such as swimming, boating, sailing, water-skiing and jet skiing. Other activities nearby include 5 golf courses within 30 minutes, tennis, hiking, horseback riding and shopping.

We are consistently updating this property. In 2025 already, we have added new couches, fresh paint, front porch solostove (smokeless fire pit), comfortable front porch furniture-including rocking dining chairs and table! We look forward to hearing that you enjoyed this place as much as we do!

Was a great location for easy access to Conley Bottom Marina!

We rented a houseboat and the house was a great location for extra space for family stay and it was easy to pick them up daily to join us on the lake.

This was my second time staying here, my buddy and I have made this our place to stay for our fishing trips, due to it being so close to Conley Bottom (about a 30 second drive). The place was clean, had everything we needed, and the host (Bret) was very easy to get along with and communication was easy. Will definitely stay here again!

Fisherman’s paradise

This house was perfect it was within 1/4 mile of the entrance to Conley Bottom Resort in a quiet neighborhood plenty of room for all 6 adult fishermen in our group. It had all the amenities that we needed and the owner was as prompt and professional before we got there and even checked to see if we needed anything while we were there. I will definitely be staying here again!!!!

Wonderful location near Conley Bottom. Met up with my 3 children, one of which has a camping spot and boat slip there. The rental gave us an option of using the golf cart and it was so convent to the lake. The rental has a large open family room feel. If we return again we will definitely check on it’s availability

Cozy, clean, close to Conley

We spent most of our tine on the water, but this house was clean, homey, and close to the ramp which is exacrly what we wanted. Quiet neighborhood, boat/trailer parking, and cute back porch. We will definitely be back! Thanks Bret!
