Private property beautifully landscaped and pool with a 2 bed 1 ba unit

The unit is on a 2nd floor with its private entrance and private parking inside the property....the unit consists of 2 bedrooms, the larger bedroom has a balcony, the unit also has 1 bathroom and a dining/kitchen area with a couch, the bedrooms each have a queen bed, tv and a place to sit and relax..the unit could accommodate 2 couples very comfortably. We are close to all major freeways and only about 12 miles from Los Angeles and 20 min drive to Disneyland.

    Lovely place in Downey, perfect for out-of-towners who are looking for convenience to LA but the quietness /away from the hustle and bustle. The unit has everything that we needed and the owners are super amazing.

    Pat and Jim are amazing people. They made us feel like family! Very kind and respectful hosts. Squeaky clean home, lovely landscaping and very accessible to freeways. Great stay!
