Ken is great and made check in easy. Underground parking was helpful. The gym and pool are a bit outdated but worked. Safe and secure building. Great location to downtown and the bike path on the beach. We would stay there again.

Easy check in. Clean, spacious, nicely decorated, well located and super comfortable. All essentials are covered from silverware, cooking, coffee maker, toester,etc. What I loved the most was the jacuzzi at night and tea selection left by the host very much appreciated by this tea lover. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice apartment overlooking the Long Beach Arena Parking Lot, and further out the Marina and Bay. Clean and tidy, nice basic furnishings, everything in working order, good building security, near to endless selection of restaurants and a 5-min walk to the LBCC. Would return!
