Family Friendly

Redfish village is a great location - walking distance to beach, private beach access, pool/hot tub, playground for kids. This particular unit has not been recently renovated but it was still a good value for those who aren’t bothered by the home showing its age/use.

Very Spacious Unit

Red Fish Village is an amazing property located in the quiet and peaceful area called Blue Mountain Beach. This property has a wonderful pool and this unit overlooks the pool from the 2 front bedrooms. The patio is on the side facing 30A and you can hear the ocean from the patio. AM and PM were nice to sit on the patio, but during the day there are a lot of cars passing by. There is live music in the evenings at the restaurant on the property. This unit is on the top floor and there are both stairs and an elevator.

We Have arrived and the rooms wasn't clean and the lease agreement says no pets but there was dog hair all over the carpet floor and the floors laundry room head baby clothes still in a dryer.and had a Bug problem. But it's A nice location

Great stay! We just had a few issues with the condo. Red village is a nice place to stay, it is not on the beach but in walking distance or you can use their shuttle.

Great week at Redfish Village

The unit was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Redfish Villlage is terrific with a great pool, private beach access and a number of great restaurants near by. Vacasa was also very easy to work with and responsive.

Beautiful Santa Rosa Beach so close by

Location and property were great-clean, well maintained pool, with restaurant/ bar and so close to the gorgeous beach. The condo was well laid out for a family or couples, bedrooms each with own bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked.

I loved the 3 beds with 3 baths. Absolutely loved the balcony and sitting area and all of the amenities Red Fish had to offer. We had hot water for about 30 seconds. Called VACASA and I’m assuming someone came out to fix but sadly it was not fixed.

Fantastic!

This condo was great! Management was friendly, professional and addressed all concerns quickly. The unit is a quick 3-5 minute walk to the beach and conveniently located near food and shopping. I highly recommend staying here!

Nice location, close to everything! Condo was roomy and had a view of the gulf. (Couple repair items, toilet in bunk room clogged all the time, master bath shower handle did not function properly, master bedroom carpet smelled like a cat had used it as litter box)

Poor experience

M2-426 was disappointing considering the price. Unit was not clean and floors and furniture was dusty when we arrived. Kitchen appliances were in poor condition, oven grill was coated with grease. Unit furnishing were old and dated. We had issues with the master bed mattress which would squeak as you enter and lay in the bed. Small bedroom shower door would not close properly, had to use secondary shower. While visiting, we were informed that the the font door entry code would be changed and after one day, the new code would not allow entry. We were locked out until we had to notify Vacasa of our dilemma which took about 45 minutes to rectify. We have been staying at Redfish Village for over 10 years and this particular stay (unit) was not up to the standards we had experienced in the past.
