The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator with ice maker and island seating. A laundry room with a washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with access to a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The bunk room has two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds plus two twin trundles, sleeping up to six, and a full sleeper sofa in the living area sleeps two more.
