This brand new corner townhome is just minutes to Old Spanish Trail Arena, Dead Horse Point State Park, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. With memorable views of the La Sal Mountains and Moab red rock rim on the private patios and all throughout the home, you'll be sure to fully enjoy your relaxation time, after a day full of adventure! Endless jeep trails, mountain biking and hiking possibilities are just minutes away. This two bedroom townhome sleeps 6 (with queen sofa bed on main floor) and king beds in the two master suites with private bathrooms. Relax in the hot tub and enjoy the refreshing poolside, basketball and tennis courts. You also can unwind on the two private patios and enjoy cooking out on the large gas BBQ grill. Stay connected using the high-speed WIFI that is designated for this specific townhome. We hope you make the "Delicate Arch Daydream" your home away from home when staying in Moab!
The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, dishware, cookware and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided) All bed linens, shower towels, washcloths and pool towels are provided. There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!
Cancellations need to be done at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab. Manager is on premises.
PARKING
There is one parking space for the unit. Additional parking is available for vehicles, Jeeps, RZRs, trailers and other vehicles on Village Drive, which is near the unit. We ask that guests do not take up too many of the extra parking spaces, so that guests in other units are also able to park additional vehicles that they might have in their party.
There is also ample additional parking on Meador Drive, which is the main street leading into Rim Village and offers plenty of space to park your trailers, RZRs or Jeeps, RZRs, . Meador Drive is about a 3-5 minute walk from the unit.

Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to in-climate weather.
Please advise friends/family/renters to shower before entering pool/hot tub. People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals.
