Clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and lots of space for our family of four with two teens to spread out. Right across the street from the pool and clubhouse.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was very clean and close to the activities we planned. Communication was great and access to the unit was very easy. Quiet area, close to downtown Moab. We especially appreciated that the three bedrooms had big enough beds to accommodate our adults-only group. One bedroom has twin beds with a king bed conversion kit that was simple to install. The kitchen was very well stocked and the grill was clean - a huge bonus that seems simple enough but isn’t always found in other vacation rentals. This rental has everything we needed and more. We would definitely return.

The house was beautiful, clean, and located just a few minutes from all the places we wanted to go. We bought our dog, and for a pet friendly house, it was very clean and had no odors whatsoever. The kitchen was well equipped, and the washer and dryer were awesome to have. The garage was GREAT to have with the dirtbikes. If I’m being extremely nitpicking: the house numbers were difficult to find, and the AC could only go down to 72. It was a little hot at night. We had a fabulous stay and would absolutely return to this house. We loved it.

Great spot and great unit - Beds, not so much

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was great. Excellent spot in the area, a place to put your SxS trailer, across from the pool and clubhouse. Overall a great spot. The management company was great to work with and very responsive. However, the beds were hard as a rock and to be honest a deal breaker for us. We would choose a different unit next time as the beds were just too hard.
