Welcome to the "Kaweah Curve" ~ THE place for your perfect vacation!

Private River Access ~ Pet Friendly ~ Amazing Views ~ Five Bedrooms with King Beds ~ Large Dining Table ~ Spectacular Outdoor Patio ~ and More!

The home is next to the White Horse Wedding Venue, only 4 miles from the Sequoia National Park entrance. In less than 2 miles, you can easily access the town, restaurants, shopping, and amenities.

This architectural gem sits on the Main Fork of the Kaweah River and provides spectacular views of the Sierra Nevada Foothills. The river offers the best swimming hole in mid-June, July, August, September, and October! Other months of the year strictly depend on snow melt from the top of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and Sequoia National Park.

All five bedrooms offer king-size beds, and two provide an additional twin-size bed. The bedrooms also include a luggage rack and closets or cabinets for storing personal belongings.

All bathrooms are easily accessible for everyone in the group to use.

Flat-screen televisions are available in the living room, and two more bedrooms and WiFi are available throughout the entire property!

The dining table comfortably seats 10 guests, and the bar counter seats four more guests. The kitchen provides a stainless steel gas stove and oven, a stainless steel refrigerator, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and basic spices and oil for cooking.

All three bathrooms provide showers and toilets, plus one bathroom offers a bathtub for the children!

This location requires a walk down to the house and up to your vehicle. A few steps are along the pathway, so it is not wheelchair-friendly down to the house, but almost everything is wheelchair-friendly inside the home.

We welcome guests of all ages, but all guests need to know that there are NO fences or gates down to the river. You are responsible for always watching over your children, pets, family, and friends!

We are pet-friendly, and there is no need to leave your best friend at home or in a kennel!

Dream River house!

This house definitely has the best swimming hole! We typically spend hours in the National Parks but we enjoyed the river so much we spent hours swimming each day in the afternoons after hiking. The house was large enough for our extended family and the deck for meals, and under the stars at night was fantastic. I would highly recommend this house for anyone coming to the area!

The property is beautifully located if you want to explore Sequoia National Park, is extremely comfortable and has all the amenities you could possibly need. So very nice and relaxing, especially with the river in the background. Only challenge we had was lack of propane and thankfully we found this out late on our first night. Thanks to the property manager and host for quickly responding. It could have been even better if everything was in order upon arrival. Especially given what we paid for this adventure.

A crowd pleaser!

What a beautiful and comfortable place! Very well equipped, spectacular views, and great proximity to Sequoia/Kings Canyon. From the young adults to the seniors, everyone was blown away. A great value, too.

Perfect summer getaway

The property could not be in a more perfect spot on the river. The home and grounds are immaculate and comfortable. Everything needed in the kitchen to feed a large group was available to us. Dogs had an absolute blast exploring. Kids aged 9-14 didn’t ask for screens the entire time. Instead, they enjoyed the gentle rapids, the swimming, tubing, watching wildlife, and fishing for gorgeous rainbow trout. All three families with us recently suffered great losses in the Eaton fire so we’ve been in many different airbnbs since January. This one was by far the most well appointed and the most fun.

One of the top places we've ever stayed!

The pictures do not do this place justice! From the time you first walk in, to the end of our trip we loved everything about the house! The hosts were great and anything we had questions about, they answered right away! We travelled into sequoia a few times and even made the trip to Yosemite for a day, perfect location! We were able to even get in the river and enjoy all the scenery around the area! The rooms are huge and have wonderful views on the back side of the house, kitchen is supplied with pretty much anything you need! We thank Sheila and the crew for letting us enjoy one of our favorite vacations to date! We will definitely be back!

Magical experience!

We’ve been going to Three Rivers for years but this is our first stay at this property and it was pure magic. The pictures on the website don’t do it justice. The house is luxurious and spacious and the river and view is breathtaking. Such care was made to make this a premium guest experience and we’ll definitely be staying here again. Thanks Sheila!

Real relaxation

My three brothers, their wives, my husband and myself all have this trip to my mom for a Christmas gift. The house was everything we were hoping for and the sound of the river was a most unexpected gift! Although we were disappointed because the road to Sequoia National Forest was closed, after a two hour drive to the other side of the forest we were able to see the amazing trees. The little town of Three Rivers has really great food and nice, small shops.

Great place to stay

River is right in the backyard. It was roaring during our stay, which was really nice. The fire pit was a nice amenity. The outdoor area really is out of a magazine--incredible. Everything was clean. Appliances all worked great, including a/c. They do make you sign a rental agreement outside of VRBO a week before checkin. The agreement lists a few things: you will be filmed while you're outside; you can't film or photograph for work or a school project; you can't have any guests over who aren't on the reservation.

Modern River Treat

The house is a beautiful design, with a gorgeous wall of windows looking out over the river rolling hills. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms make it a perfect retreat for a family. The large trees of Sequoia Nat Park are about 40 minutes away and an easy daytime adventure. In the afternoon we spent time in the river where you can float along the edge of the property. The large kitchen is fully functional for big meals, the bathrooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, there are towels for the river and the sunsets on the back patio were wonderful way to end our days. The house rental was a huge success and very stylish.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

It was a wonderful house together with my family. River were amazing. I like the three Rivers community because there are things to do but at least in the spring there are no crowds. The pedestrian gate at the street level was broken but the property managers were very responsive to get someone out to fix it. The kitchen could’ve been a little bit better stocked but it was adequate. We all thought the beds were some of the most comfortable we had ever slept on.

Beautiful home in a spectacular setting.

This was a beautiful spacious and modern home in a spectacular setting overlooking the river. All 5 king beds were comfortable and rooms were nicely appointed as well as a convenient location of the the bathrooms. Bathrooms were modern with wonderful showers. Home was very well stocked with all the needed basics. My only complaint was the management company probably needs to review a couple of cleaning policies with housekeeping staff. Oven was dirty and full of grease so when we turned on stove the first time the entire house filled with black smoke. It eventually burned off. Also, one of the extra twin beds appeared to have been used but not cleaned. Sand between the sheets. Luckily there were extra clean sheets so it was a quick change. I'm guessing housekeeping missed stripping that bed. All other beds were pristine and clean. Had a few roaches in the house every night. Not sure why as house was very clean. These were all little things. We loved the house and the location on the river could not be beat. Our three teen grandkids had the best time frolicking in the pristine waters. Overall, a wonderful family trip.

Best Rental in Town

The house was amazing. The views out to the river were a highlight in the mornings, afternoon, and nights. There are 2 much larger room and 3 smaller rooms. It fit our group of 12 people + 1 dog just fine. We didn't go swimming as the river was a bit murky this time of year. In the early mornings we saw deer roaming around and in the river we saw a ton of tadpoles . The frogs also came out at night. During the nights there's plenty of space to lay out in the backyard to see the stars. We even saw a few shooting stars. Overall, the house was gorgeous and will definitely be back. Highly recommended for larger groups as there is plenty of beds, and space to stretch out.

A great place to be for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon

Amazing River Experience!

We had such a blast staying in such a beautiful and fun location! The view is epic, the river access offers hours of fun swimming and tubing down! The house is well stocked and very comfortable. We never wanted to leave the property! Eventually we made a couple of excursions into the park, definitely farther to get up to the giant sequoias then we realized.. it’s about an hour super windy drive up the mountain! Overall, trip was amazing.. (expect the bears that kept getting into the trash bins) it was a perfect getaway for a multi generational group. Highly recommended!

AMAZING!!

We had an amazing family trip here! The location and house are amazing. We swam in the river everyday and enjoyed the local restaurants down the street. The only negative was that the dishes and pans in the cupboards were dirty but other than that it was well stocked. We would definitely come back!

Spectacular View

Our family, ages 5 to 91, stayed at this property. The pictures do not do the spectacular view of the mountains, river, and trees justice. The living area has an amazing unobstructed view of the outdoors that takes your breath away upon entering the residence. Getting into the residence is difficult for elderly because of the steep incline and stairs. We helped our elderly get into and out of the residence and they didn't leave the location for the duration of our stay, so it worked fine for us. The patio in the back also has stairs and drop-offs which are dangerous for toddlers. The king beds were all comfortable; the single beds were noisy. We put the single mattresses on the floor and that solved the problem. Next time we rent this location we will definitely use our rolling luggage and bring wagons to transport our food into the residence. Our stay was fantastic. With the exception of our elderly, everyone loved playing in the water. With the drought, the water level was perfect. In a year of much rain, however, it would probably be too dangerous to play in the water like we did this year. Our family loved the location and voted to return next time to this rental.

Beautiful views and the river is in your backyard

The outside makes this home! The views and the river are incredible. The River is majestic here!!! The home is very modern architecturally and in the furnishings. Cement floors throughout. A few suggestions: washcloths for the bathrooms, a mirror in the bedroom so you aren’t hogging the bathrooms to get ready. The kitchen could use some refreshments with new baking sheets, full size coffee mugs, teaspoons, a pitcher and needs a deep cleaning. The silverware drawer has crumbs in it. The living room would be great with some new throw pillows and a few throws as it gets chilly with no window coverings, rugs and cement floors. We had a wonderful time hiking and seeing the Redwoods and ate at the Gateway Restaurant most nights (a wonderful restaurant right on the river).
