Five minutes to Harbourtown . Access to tennis and golf as well as bike paths. House is 1900 square feet. Washer/dryer. Air conditioner/ heat. Fully furnished. Will rent to owners of dogs . Eat in kitchen. All new flooring. new addition.

The beauty of Sea Pines is unmatched. All the large live oak trees with hanging moss were preserved. The Harbourtown location is adjacent. Deer come through the forest daily.
