When we got there to eat however we had to clean the counters and the table for food prep. Some of the dishes and cutting board were questionable. I rather expected salt and pepper. The pool and beach were awesome the beds great. Plenty of eateries and activities on site too! Thanks again

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo and would highly recommend it to others looking to rent it. The condo is conveniently located in the heart of Seagrove, just across the road from the beach. It’s also plenty spacious for a large family or a group of friends to stay in. Other than beach towels, the condo provided us with everything else needed for our stay.

Nice apartment/condo near the beach

Location is great. Beach access is across the street. Seaside and RoseMary beaches are just a short drive away. You could bicycle to either of those beaches easily. Villa has plenty of room and was very clean. Onsite pool is a bonus and there are onsite outdoor games available to use.

Nice condo overlooking the pool

This condo was more than I expected. The patio porch overlooking the nice pool grounds made this place relaxing. The bathrooms are outdated but for the size of this condo with plenty of beds, theres no room to complain about anything. Also, beach accesses are walking distance with shaded palm trees everywhere.

Overall a good time.

The property needs some deep cleaning...cleaning fans, baseboards, etc. But, overall we had a great time. It is a roomy place.

Great location, but roaches

Loved the location, a short walk to public beach access and less than 10 minutes to grocery stores and great food. The WiFi is a bit hit or miss, but is fixed by resetting the router. Comfortable beds. Nice pool The only issue we ran into was the roaches, which we had to kill every day we were there. That was pretty disgusting and did put a damper on our vacation.

Nicer than expected

We had a wonderful time the only issue was the shower handle in the master bathroom came off and had to be fixed but other than that I was pleasantly surprised by this condo.

We had a very last minute booking for this property, and we were very aware of the reviews talking about cleanliness. We had no issues and definitely didn’t see any of the problems mentioned in previous reviews. It was an EASY walk to the public beach, and plenty of room for us in the condo. We had excellent communication with the property manager, and were able to quickly and spontaneously add another day to our stay. I would absolutely recommend to any group looking for a low key stay!

Great location. Disappointed in the quality of the unit for the price we paid. A few updates would make such a difference. Furniture was very stained and bedding did not seem clean. Some of the blinds were broken. I'm fine with an older unit but it could use some freshening up.

Needs upgrades

Place needs a major upgrade, considering the price of unit compared to others we have stayed in in this complex. Dishwasher didn’t work, clothes washer leakes and has mold all around it. Blender, crock pot didn’t work . Bed’s we’re good though.

Falling apart

Blankets and couch were stained. The condo was dirty and smelled like dead fish when we arrived. I finally found the the sink and garbage disposal had fish guts left in it. I did call office and they brought air freshener, that was not getting rid of that smell. Most everything was outdated except for the bathroom vanities. We could hear the condo above us like we were in the same room. We will not stay here again.

Great location

The positives: This unit was in a great location in SeaSide. It was spacious. The beds were comfortable. We had no dish rags in the unit. I placed a call to Vacasa who responded very quickly to accommodate us. The negatives: It was dirty. Our feet were black🤢if we walked barefoot. The furniture was stained and dirty. We requested sheets to put over it to sit on them. We would not stay in this place again. Thanks!

Dirty and Very disappointing

Very disappointed in the property. Pictures on VRBO was deceiving. Living room furniture was very dirty, mold & mildew on shower curtain in the master bath & on ceiling in the second shower area. The floors were very dirty when we arrived & housekeeping came back to clean the floors again,. Would not recommend this property!!

Perfect for our beach vacation.

This condo is in a great location. Right across the street from the beach access and Tom Thumb. We have 2 boys and let them bring a friend and we had enough beds for each of them to have one. Not fancy but just perfect for the beach.

Worst Condo Ever

This over-priced dump is the worst VRBO we have ever stayed at. Our family needed a vacation so badly. Between demanding jobs (in a hospital during COVID) and our high school students wrapping up a really tough semester, we were looking forward to the break. I spent the first two days of this vacation on the phone trying to get someone to address the leaking fridge that wouldn’t stay shut, and the fact that the place was filthy (during a pandemic for which the VRBO website states they are apparently following CDC guidelines). The patio and patio furniture was so dirty we couldn’t even be outside. In Florida, on spring break.The beds were so horrible we had to go out and buy our own sheets, mattress pads and blankets to try to find any comfort we could. We were able to get ahold of someone finally who came to clean the place. The fridge was still leaking all over the kitchen floor when we left. A day early. The owner of this place should be ashamed for charging this much for such a horrible property.

Wonderful place

We enjoyed our stay here! We are a family of 6. Each child got their own bed, which is great since the kids don’t like sharing beds. The floor plan and large patio were perfect for us. We loved the grounds, pool nearby and proximity to the beach. We felt the condo was tidy and clean enough when we arrived. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, the covered patio is huge and beautiful, there is a closet of beach toys and a chair that were very useful. Vacasa checked in via phone to make sure all was okay. They were very kind and accommodating. I took off a star because all the blinds were difficult to use and breaking from normal use and some didn’t provide full coverage. We also needed hot pads and a dustpan that we couldn’t find. The jack-and-Jill bathroom locks are tricky and could use some repair, no beach towels provided. But those are not dealbreakers at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
