Ocean Front family Home with Panoramic Views

Pajaro Dunes is a quiet gated community of custom homes with diverse architecture located half way between Santa Cruz and Monterey. Our house is directly on Sunset State Beach where you can walk for miles along the white sand beach.
This 1,600 square foot beach front home has four bedrooms, three baths and an unobstructed 180 degree view of the ocean.
Our kitchen has maple cabinets and granite counters. The house is very well insulated which makes for cozy evenings in front of the Danish wood burning stove.
A great room with kitchen, dining, and living room is on the upper floor along with two master bedrooms. From here the view of the Pacific is unobstructed from Monterey to Santa Cruz. The kitchen includes all the essentials for cooking and baking and includes a new GE induction range. In the evening you can enjoy a movie on the 58" 4K Sony smart TV.
This home is ideal for two couples and four or five children. (We recommend no more than six adults and suggest that more than eight total visitors will be tight.) The two upstairs bedrooms have both valley and ocean views. Each has new Avocado king beds and its own compact bathroom with tub/shower.
The downstairs is designed for children; The south bedroom has four twin beds (one is a trundle.) The north bedroom has two twin beds (one is a trundle) and a full bed. A compartmented bathroom with shower shares space with a new washer and dryer. The covered entry area has plenty of space to store beach toys.
Our house is powered by a photoelectric array, for a very green experience. Feel free to plug in your electric car in our 110v plug (4 MPH charge). A mile away at the Gatehouse are two Charge Point electric car chargers (both level II). (This is not shown on the ChargePoint app. but is available to any Pajaro Dunes visitor.)
The area abounds in bird life, and more than a hundred species winter on Monterey Bay. Depending on the season, dolphins and sea otters frequent the waters, and on rare occasions one may spot breaching or spouting whales.
There is a driveway with on site parking for two or three cars. (The majority of beach front homes at Pajaro Dunes are reached by boardwalk). The tennis courts are a short walk from the house. Please note that although our house is located just above the beach, the beach is accessed by a boardwalk three doors down.
Our insurer requires a signed contract for all visitors.
