Our home offers a lovely open floor plan with easy access to the beach! Perfect for a family of 6-8; with a decorative electric fireplace to enjoy warm nights near the ocean. Wake up a short walk away from the beach! Enjoy drinking coffee or tea on your own patio deck with the sound of the sea to serenade your mornings. This condo faces Monterey Bay- Perfect for sunrises. Our beach condo is Professionally managed - Sanitized with On Site staff 7 days a week!

This condo was remodeled, with all new Kitchen, baths & more! The dining room; fully equipped kitchen and living room flow openly for enjoying family time. Flat screen TVs with Cable & DVD players in the living room (50” TV) and master bedroom. The master has a king bed, two guest bedrooms - one with a queen bed perfect for a couple and the other with 2 bunk beds ideal for 2-4 children. This home is on the first level making it easily accessible to the beach where you can watch the sunrise or sunset. Bask in the sun and watch the seabirds in a relaxing setting.

The deck makes for perfect evenings enjoying nature and the scent of the ocean. Equipped with Linens and towels for all your needs. Our lobby has a gift store where you can find breakfast foods, beer & wine, comfy beach clothing, gifts and great kites that you can fly at the beach!

Nearby amenities include tennis, basketball, and bocci ball courts are available for use and we also have sports equipment you can rent out for free at our lobby.

Reap the benefits of staying in the Pajaro Dunes Resort and vacation like no other. Please note that all BBQ's in the Pelican condos have been removed due to HOA policy.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return furniture to its original location. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters.
After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Shoes in the home.No Pets Allowed $250 Per Day if pet found.No Smoking on Patio Decks. $250 fine.Allowed in designated areas.Quiet Time 10pm - 8am.
Guest list required for visiting guests. Put any used towels in washing machine, but do not start the cycle. Return furniture to original position.

The condo has a great location, love the bench to watch the waves anytime during your stay. Quick access to the beach and the beach goes on forever. Lots of sand dollars, beautiful shells.

Beautiful beach property

Our second time staying here . Beautiful place in a prime location to the beach. Kids had a blast playing in the sand and our adult children fished off the beach. Very clean and well managed. Beach is pristine and up-kept well . We will be returning next year.

Winter getaway

The condo was clean and comfy. The kitchen is very well stocked as there's not a lot of close locations to dine out or get groceries. We were there during an intense storm so we couldn't take advantage of being right by the beach, but it was so nice to be able to walk to the beach. The check in process was seamless.

We had a wonderful stay here at this Pajaro condo. It worked out perfectly for our family of 4 (two kiddos 3 & under) and our best friends' and their children (two kids 6 & under). Although it was a bit tight quarters, we really felt very comfy. Location was exactly as described and communication overall was good. We did notice some damage to the condo like floor boards that were coming up which presented a tripping hazard. The front porch light was also out so getting into the door at nighttime was a little tricky. Other than that - it was wonderful. Thanks for the stay!

What a beautiful home! Everything was as described. Clean, spacious and very well situated to beach access just steps away! We spent a weekend with all our adult children and we had plenty of space and cooking vessels and utensils at our disposal. That made it so easy to save money and eat a nice meal at the house. We would definitely book again.

Great family home

We had a great stay and are already planning to come back next year. The bunk bed room with books and toys for the kids was a hit. Beach access was amazing and so simple. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The check in process was a bit jumbled as the security check points sent is back and forth before realizing we needed to go into front desk but that was minor. We did Roaring Camp one day and the boardwalk the other and the location couldn’t be better.

Beautiful Home On the Beach

This location was absolutely beautiful with easy beach access. Furnishing was comfortable and the check in/out process was a breeze. It was a quick 30 minute drive to Monterrey to the aquarium and nice dining within a 20 minute drive. The only down side was allergies that all the adults had while in the home. All of us were left sneezing and the sniffles that went away as soon as we went outside. This was odd because the home itself appeared rather clean. Otherwise I would give this place a 10/10.

Blissful Paradise

Stayed a few days with my wife and boys here. This is a fantastic place with a scenic view of the ocean off the back patio. Master suite has a slider door to exterior deck along with an exit from the living room . Everything was newly updated and in beautiful condition. The house keeping staff did a wonderful job with cleaning and sanitation. Fireplace and wall heaters kept us very warm . Kids loved the shared room with bunk beds .The private beach is pristine . Perfect place for a quiet family getaway. Property is upkept . There is definite owner pride in this unit. We visited both Monterey Bay Aquarium and Roaring Camp Railroad with about a 35 min drive either way. We had a blast on our stay .

Beautiful Property -- Relaxing Getaway

This property and location are outstanding. The beach was so easily accessible for my family. It was nice to have morning coffee looking at the coastline or taking strolls on the beach in the afternoon. There is an abundance of sea shells and my kids really enjoyed finding these gems. The home itself is so well taken care of and if I can describe in one word -- it would be tranquil. The home decor, furniture, bedding, fireplace, kitchen amenities were well set up and structured for a family and aesthetically pleasing (this makes a difference)! Important to note, you are a few miles from a grocery store, however, there was no problem having food and groceries delivered. It made things a bit easier! This property is definitely a "MUST". You will not be disappointed.
