Lovely Home Close to National Seashore Beaches!

We invite you to come experience this incredible sweet spot on the Cape for beach-lovers and nature-lovers alike! This home is just minutes from Coast Guard Beach, Nauset Light Beach, and several bay side beaches. There is quick and easy access to the bike trail, whether you wish to head up to Wellfleet or down to Orleans center and beyond!

The home is within walking distance to the Salt Pond Visitor Center, salt marsh trails, and the ever-popular Arnold’s Lobster & Clam Bar. The National Seashore is at your doorstep here, come and discover all of its hidden treasures!

This home has four bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms. On the first floor you will find the kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed; the second bedroom has a twin daybed. The second floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has its own private ½ bath and features a queen bed. The second bedroom has two separate twin beds.

You can vacation here comfortably with central AC, on-site washer & dryer, internet, and BBQ grill. Adding to the fun is a large, private backyard that features a spacious deck, outdoor shower, and a variety of yard games including horseshoes. We have rented many homes for our own family vacations and understand what makes for a memorable stay.

Bed linens are included in the rental. Guests are asked to bring their own towels. Please understand this is a pet-free and smoke-free rental.

We enjoyed staying at Pinch Me this August. John & Lisa were welcoming hosts and responded quickly to any questions. The location is perfect being close to Nauset & Coast Guard beaches as well as the Rail Trail. The house was stocked with everything we needed and we appreciated the AC mini splits in every room. It was also a bonus to have bed linens included in the rental.

The Perfect Place for a Cape Vaca!

The owners are extremely organized and the house is clean. Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The location was also perfect - 2 miles to the beach and not far from many cute Cape towns. The bike trail was a hit - we used it everyday. Definitely will be coming back : )

Lovely stay

Lovely property in a wonderful location. Home was clean and comfortable - worked well for 6 adults. This was the best stocked kitchen I have seen with additional supplies (extra pots, etc) in the basement. Plenty of beach supplies as well. Location was walkable to lovely paths/trails and minutes from beaches. We all enjoyed our stay at Pinch Me!

A Peaceful Getaway

We recently stayed here for our trip to Cape Cod. The property is exactly like the listing - clean, relaxing and serene. It is located very close to many attractions, yet you can sit on the porch and have tea and feel like you have the cape to yourself! The hosts are so easy to communicate with as well. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to the cape!

Great stay in Eastham!

We had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July at John and Lisa's house. The location was great to access the beautiful beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail and the surrounding areas. We were quite comfortable in the very clean and nicely air conditioned (it was so hot and humid when we visited!) home, which was on a quiet street with no visible neighbors.

2nd time at Pinch Me

This was our second stay and we loved coming back to this sweet little cottage! It has such a warm, homey feel. We really appreciate how clean it is and the beds especially are comfortable. Both super high on our lists of “musts.” It is in a great location - we love being able to hop right on the bike trail or scoot over to the beach. We are sure to be back next year!

Great stay at "Pinch Me"

We had a wonderful vacation at Pinch Me, staying with 2 parents, 2 grand-parents and 2 kids. The house is very clean and comfortable, the location is great and we appreciated the AC min-splits at night. The owners are very accommodating and communication was easy. The house was even better than the pictures. We had a small problem with housekeeping that John addressed immediately after being notified. We had 3 couples at the home. It worked very well. They were unable to enjoy the outside patio and grill. The mosquitoes were unusually thick this year.

Great time at Cape Cod

We really enjoyed our stay at John's house. Everything looks new,beds are comfortable, kitchen is smartly equipped with all you might need for cooking at home. Nice backyard surrounded by pine trees. Perfect home in perfect location!

Everything about this house met our needs. The house was clean, nicely appointed and stocked with all kitchen appliances, pots, etc. Sheets and hand towels were included as well as everything for the beach. The property owner was so accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location

This property was in the perfect location on the cape for us. We were 5 minutes away from the Cape Cod National seashore AND less than 10 minutes away from the Bay side. We were also fairly centrally located to many of the beach towns that we wanted to explore. The house was exactly as advertised and worked out perfect for us! Plenty of space for our family of 4 with additional space to accommodate another family of 4 if you wished.

Cozy & Sweet Eastham Cottage

We loved our stay at Pinch Me! The house is darling - it’s cozy and the decor has a beachy feel. It was clean and welcoming. The beds are very comfortable, which is really important to us! It is in an awesome location. We loved being so close to Eastham beach and everything else in the area. The owners are super nice and accommodating. They really care about giving renters a nice stay!
