If you’re searching for the quintessential home base for your Cape escape, look no further. Brew up some coffee in the morning and walk down the quiet street to the water, where you can breathe in the fresh salt air and see far out to the cove and beyond -- taking in the whitecapped waves and sandbars.

Spend your day kayaking, paddleboarding or enjoying other fun water sports, and return home to indulge in a relaxing outdoor shower while someone in your party gets the grill going and whips up your favorite cocktail. Kids will love playing frisbee or catch on the grassy lawn, and you’ll love kicking back in the summer breeze and watching them. You’ll be a short drive to many favorite restaurants, as well as attractions like mini golf, drive-in movie theater, and Orleans Firebirds baseball.



Our home offers three bedrooms, two with 2 twin beds, and one with a Queen bed. You’ll also have 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer, kitchen, living and dining rooms. Beds will be made with fresh linens upon your arrival and bath towels will be provided as well - both rare for Cape rentals! This home will have you wanting to return year after year to make warm seaside memories.

Wonderful Stay for Girls Weekend, Serene and Private

We loved our stay for girls weekend…cute house had all the amenities and then some, private way was quiet and allowed for a quick walk to the dock/water where we enjoyed daily coffee and afternoon sunshine. Outdoor patio provided for fun afternoon grilled dinners. The grill was perfect and the house was clean! Just a 5 minute ride to downtown for groceries, restaurants, cute coffee shops. 10/10 recommend!

This home is a true Cape Cod classic! Pine floors and cabinets, decor of bedrooms and living room... The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The location is very convenient to beaches, trails, grocery stores, theaters... The layout of the home made it easy for us to have visitors: There is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom at one end of the home and there are 2 guest bedrooms with shared bath at the other end of the home. So, we had our privacy even when we had guests. We had a few questions during our stay, and Del Mar answered them promptly and pleasantly.

Charming Cape Cod

This house was a charming Cape Cod! Altho, there was a musty smell upon arrival and each day after the house had sat, it did go away. We loved this house and would definitely stay there again. Our son had his own "wing" of the house which he enjoyed. It was so close to the beach, food, P-town. Thank you for hosting.

Convenient, Clean, and Cozy.

Our stay was wonderful. The house is in the perfect location between Orleans and Eastham. We were able to visit local family in both towns with ease. The house was larger than expected and extremely clean. It had all the amenities we needed for a 7 night stay. Loved that Del Mar includes linens and towels in their rentals. We traveled from Florida so that helped out alot. I would definitely rent with them again.

Cute house, clean with all basic supplies. But the house had a pretty musty smell not really removed despite running the AC. And although down the street from a private dock and small beach, not really usable for anything. Finally, nice location within Sandwich. Conveniently off of Route 6.

We stayed last year and had a nicer experience. The property is get worn. Ceiling in the bathroom pealing, refrigerator all scuffed, washing machine broke, had to ask for an air conditioner that was in the main room last year. Kitchen floor pealing up. Can get a nicer unit with more amenity for just a tad more . Especially a dishwasher and microwave.

I hear your disappointment about a few things that didn’t meet expectations this time around, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience. I was able to address each of the issues you flagged during your stay: the AC was working hard during the heat wave, and we were able to add an additional unit for your comfort. The washer simply needed a filter cleaning, and we were able to resolve those matters quickly once brought to my attention. The home is regularly maintained and inspected, but I’ll take another look at the bathroom ceiling and kitchen floor to make sure they’re up to standard and addressed. I'm glad you were overall able to enjoy your time on Cape in this charming, well-loved retreat ideal for families looking to enjoy the natural beauty of the Cape. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood

Great stay in Eastham. While we typically rent in Chatham decided on something different this year. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Close to pond with amazing views, great outdoor spaces to play it sit and relax. Beds in smaller bedrooms are basic but fine. Showers need attention; shower heads are quite old and do not function properly. Coffee pot did not work.

Pretty and Pretty Expensive

Comfortable and well suited for six people. Yard is smaller than the description suggests. Difficult to go anywhere without a car due to Route 6. I'd stay here again only if the price were considerably lower.
