This lovely beachfront condo unit is on the second floor. This 2 story unit has 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 5, an Olympic size pool and great beach access. Sit on your deck and listen to the ocean or walk down the path to the beach. This condo has all new flooring on the 1st level, a brand new fully equipped kitchen for your culinary pursuits and 3 HD TVs. (Including 50" 4K Smart TV in Living Room) There is internet access for those who want to keep up with social media or play video games. Rental includes 5 beach badges and 4 pool passes (kids 16 and under don't need passes). We provide outdoor beach storage with: 4 beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach wheelie cart and beach toys for the kids (or kid-like adults).

You will need to bring King Sheets (master bedroom) and twin sheets for the (loft bedroom) also bath & beach towels. We supply pillows, comforters and blankets.
We have a Keurig coffee maker, so bring along your favorite coffee pods.

Great spot

Wonderful Week

The condo had everything we needed. Books and games are a nice added touch. 14 year old girl loved having the loft as a home base away from the adult s. Clean and comfortable. The island had good food options and the girls loved Mission in the mornings. The pool was great and the beach was nice. It is a long walk to the beach, but worth it. We had a great time.

Great stay for a family.

Great stay for our family- house, beach, and pool were great. We really appreciated how well stocked the house was. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for our family of 5, beds were comfy, and there were a ton of books, board games, and toys for the kids. They loved having the loft bedroom and bathroom to themselves! The house is right as you come on Brigantine on the quieter end of the island, but still a super quick drive to the grocery store and wawa, which was convenient. We love how quaint and relaxing Brigantine is and absolutely would stay here again. Thanks for a lovely week!

Family vacation!

We went with our three kids under 10. They absolutely loved their own private loft. I was pleasantly surprised that there were 2 trundle beds in addition to the 2 twins that were up there, we were ready with an air mattress for our third but didn't need it! We prepare a fair number of our own meals on vacation and the kitchen was very well equipped. 2 balconies, one on each level, the main you can not see the ocean due to the large dune, the balcony from the loft you can! Pool is only open 11-6, that was slightly frustrating as we love to swim in the evenings. Unit is on the second floor so be prepared to do stairs. No street to cross to get to the beach, this condo is first building next to the dune. But the walk is fairly long due to the wide dune and wide sand beach. Took about 10 minutes to get to the waters edge. Great lifeguard situation right where you come out onto the beach, no need to walk extra to get to a guarded section. Overall we had an awesome time!

Hi Jeff and Laura here. We bought this unit in 2019, though we have another unit in the Islander and have been coming down for the past 30 years.

Why they chose this property

We love coming down to the shore and walking to the beach at night. We discovered many great places to visit in Brigantine, Atlantic City and the area.

What makes this property unique

Brigantine is an incredible beach community. Close to Philadelphia and NYC and yet a whole different world. Everyone seems to know each other in Brigantine and the beaches are never crowded.
