The recently renovated townhouse has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 half bath and can sleep up to 11 people (using a pull out sofa bed in bonus room and a futon in the living room). It has an open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room space. There is a loft bedroom with a private half-bathroom with twin beds. The house is a short drive from stores, restaurants, and other shore points and only a short 10 minute drive from Atlantic City. Short walk to the beach. Beach chairs, 6 beach tags, toys and umbrellas provided. Outside shower.Two decks. Off street parking. Kitchen utensils supplied. Central air. Flat screen TV in living room and in each bedroom.

Wonderful house for our karate tournament weekend in NJ! 8 of us were very comfortable and found the house to have everything we needed! Kitchen is very well equipped and we loved having the balconies for morning coffee. Sandra was very responsive to our questions and the neighborhood was very quiet even though it was a holiday weekend. Highly recommend booking this property!

Great location to the beach. About a 6/10 of a mile walk to a beautiful, expansive and quiet beach. House is a great size for families.

A nicely maintained townhome with plenty of room and newer bathrooms. Master bed was very comfy. At least 3 bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans in addition to the central air. Some preferred glass rather than plastic drink ware. Would gladly rent again…especially with responsive owner.

Perfect weekend!

The house was perfectly as described. Our group stayed over memorial day weekend. Parking was plentiful and beach access was easy! Would definitely stay again.

Lovely, well-stocked, spacious rental in charming Brigantine

We had a great stay at Sandra's lovely townhouse in Brigantine, NJ. Our family enjoyed the spacious, well-decorated accommodations, and the easy proximity to a quiet and beautiful stretch of beach. Sandra had a helpful guest book with information about Brigantine and its restaurants. We would stay there again.

Location can't be beat

Especially if you're going to the drive-on beaches the location is perfect, South End is very quiet and peaceful. The garage was stocked with tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and wagons for walking to the beach which was a big plus. Layout was very comfortable. Way more than enough room for our family of five.

Awesome place

Sandra was incredible and this place has it all. Short walk to the beach, plenty of rooms for everyone, awesome kitchen and common area. Extremely well stocked for a beach house, and the backyard area and grill with multiple decks lets you do a lot around the house when you’re not at the beach! I will be making this house a regular destination for Brigantine trips!

Delightful location

Brigantine is a family oriented location. The rental is near the beach, though it is a walk to the water. Our family loved the house, especially the “loft” with twin beds. The house has almost everything one might want or need.

Great but…

Great house, owner is out of touch with reality, maybe a few generations behind. Hates cleaning sheets and only communicates through the app texts, which is minimally helpful. Great house tho, bring sheets and toilets paper and soap

Nice property. Great location on the island. Three full bathrooms is definitely a plus for a large family. Lots of beach toys for our grandson to play with. Beach wasn't crowded. House had everything we needed. No issues with communication.

The Perfect Place

My family and I have been staying here for the past 5 years. We couldn’t be happier. The place is clean, roomy and has a place for all of us to sleep. Beautiful home in great location!

Beautiful, clean, well appointed large home. It was perfect for our family gathering. Lots of spaces for kids and adults to gather. Close to beaches and Brigantine business district. Highly recommend!

Birthday Beach vacations

Family of six came to celebrate birthday week. Great location, very private beach and very attentive owner. Would stay again if we ever come back to Brigantine.
