In the western part of Carnac, Saint-Colomban district, location situated approximately 50m from Saint-Colomban beach, 2.4 km from the shopping centre, small grocery store nearby open only during summer.



Independent villa of approximately 100m², ideally located, on a closed plot of 800m2. Wifi.



Ground floor:

Entrance through veranda (approximately 12m²) fitted with a table and chairs.

Fitted and equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher.

Living room facing south-west with large openings, a flat-screen television, a DVD player.

1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed.

Bathroom with washbasin, shower cabin and washing machine.

Separate toilet.



First floor (slightly attic rooms):

2 bedrooms each with 1 130 cm bed.

1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed.

Separate toilet.



Villa for maximum 6 people.

Wifi connection.

Electric heating.



Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.

Deposit: €600 to be paid on site

Charges: electricity included from mid-May to early October, based on meter reading outside this period

Tourist tax: to be paid on site

Localisation idéale

Une grande maison parfaitement localisée avec un grand terrain ideal pour gréer du materiel de windsurf, wingfoil etc.. et un abri de jardin parfait pour tout ranger: paddles, velos etc... Petit bémol : la maison n'est pas "tournée" vers le jardin, pas de terrasse avec grande.table proche de la cuisine, pas non plus d'espace ombragé. C'est un peu brut disons et les equipements exterieurs font defaut La maison est propre, bien equipée mais un peu dans son jus. Les chambres sont cependant grandes Je recommande
