Perfect vacation place

The house is chamingly old-fashioned, but clean, well-equiped and comfortable. (The refrigerators could benefit from an upgrade, however.) The location is lovely, an island of calm away from the flood of summer vacationers and tourists. It is adjacent, however, to the village park, which hosts some noisy, crowded events, as well as outdoor masses connected with the beautiful chapel next door. We did not find these disturbances too frequent or unruly to distract from the otherwise perfectly pleasant surroundings. Thanks to Arnaud and hism family for sharing their wonderful home.

Relaxing holiday at the water’s edge

We picked this property because we wanted to use our kayaks & paddle boards without having to drive too far. We were delighted with the location! It was so easy to walk from the garden directly to the waters edge & launch straight from the jetty. A paddle boarding dream! And we were lucky with the weather & tides providing some idyllic tranquil waters so we paddled extensively around the inlet. Highly recommend! We also found beaches not far away that were perfect for paddling. We were impressed by the unspoilt nature of the beaches, so beautiful! In addition, the property is located next to the beautiful chapel & village green. We were lucky enough to enjoy the Breton village festival hosted on the green so we immersed ourselves in village activities for the day, which was fun! What lovely people we met. The house suited our needs as a family of 5, with plenty of space to spread out, it was clean & characterful & had all the equipment we needed. We highly recommend this lovely holiday property in the heart of a local village.

Maison très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée .Electro ménager en parfait état : 2 frigos lave linge sèche linge très appreciables .Beaucoup d équipement dans la cuisine : robots,cafetières , nombreuses casseroles, poêles, moules à gâteaux .Il y a de nombreux livres à disposition : on sent que c est une maison de famille qui a été habitée et est très chaleureuse .Vue magnifique sur la rivière de saint Philibert Grand Jardin arboré et fleuri très agréable .La communication avec mr Morel (le propriétaire )et Mme Le Bohec (qui nous a accueilli avec ponctualité ) a été très fluide et efficace .Nous avons apprécié la proximité du village pour aller à pied à la boulangerie et de la rivière pour faire du paddle des plages à 1km.L emplacement de la maison est idéal et plein de charme avec la magnifique chapelle et la petite place du village où ont eu lieu 2 concerts en plein air pendant notre séjour .Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .

Ganzes EFH mit Meerblick und Ruhe

Man fühlt sich ein bißchen wie ein Franzose in diesem geräumigen EFH in exponierter Lage mit Blick auf das Meer. Alles ist reichlich vorhanden. Zwei Schlafzimmer für Erwachsene mit jeweils einem Doppelbett und drei Kinder- bzw. Babyzimmer (wenn ich richtig gezählt habe). Ebenso zwei Badezimmer und zwei von den Badezimmern getrennte Toiletten. Hier können Großfamilien wohnen. Die Küche könnte größer sein, aber so hatte man das wohl in den Zeiten als die Frau des Hauses alle zu bedienen hatte (Durchreichen in zwei Richtungen vorhanden). Der Hauswirtschaftsraum sucht seinesgleichen. Hier stehen auch noch ein Kühlschrank und ein Gefriergeräte neben der obligatorischen Waschmaschine. Großes Wohnzimmer mit Digital-TV und mit Esstisch braucht kaum eine Erwähnung. Aber dafür die verglaste Terrasse mit Ausblick auf das große Rasengrundstück. Hier stehen leider etwas zu viele Sitzmöbel herum, wenn man nur zu zweit kommt (leider nicht stabelbar). Wer viel Rasenfläche liebt: Das Grundstück ist riesig: Fußball spielen oder Frisbee werfen geht problemlos. Natürlich auch das Herumtoben mit einem agilen Hund. Parken des Autos auf dem Grundstück vor dem Haus geht auch: Gartentor auf, Zuweg bis zum Hauseingang fahren und parken, Zuweg zurücklaufen, Gartentor schließen, fertig. Tja: Viel Haus bedeutet viel Laufen. So ist das eben. Ringsherum gibt es übrigens Bäcker und andere kleine Geschäfte. Ansonsten ist das eine ruhige Wohngegend. Ausnahme: Der gelegentliche Glockenschlag der Kapelle.

Le calme

Nous sommes des habitués de la Bretagne et des locations de vacances. Celle-ci nous a particulièrement plu. L'environnement est très agréable et c'est extrêmement calme et reposant. Idéal également pour les enfants qui disposent d'un grand jardin bien clôturé pour s'amuser. Bref, nous y reviendrons sans problème.

Übergabe des Ferienhauses hat nicht funktioniert

Die Lage, Logistik und die Umgebung ist sehr gut. Man hat in der näheren Umgebung viele Ausflugsziele (u. a. Carnac, uvm.). Allerdings ist die persönliche Übergabe an dem Anreise-Samstag nicht erfolgt. Nach einer Wartezeit von über 2 Stunden und vielen Telefonaten kam es letztendlich mit der Übergebenden zu einem SMS-Austausch mit Bekanntgabe, wo der Schlüssel abholbereit liegt. Eine 2. persönlich vereinbarte Übergabe (Sonntag / Montag) erfolgte nicht, da die Betreuerin keine Zeit hatte und auch nicht erschien. Eine direkte persönliche Übergabe erfolgte erst am 5. Tag (Donnerstag). Bis auf die Übergabe des Ferienhauses kann dieses sehr empfohlen werden.

Schöner Blick auf Ebbe und Flut

Das sehr ruhig gelegene Haus bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Meeresarm von Saint Philibert und fasziniert durch den Wechsel von Ebbe und Flut. Das Ferienhaus ist auch für mehrere Personen sehr großzügig ausgestattet. Das große Grundstück bietet viel Bewegungsfreiheit vor allem für Kinder. Die Betreuung durch Carole Philippe war perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Hervorragend

Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen und der Garten ist ein Traum. Komplett eingezäunt (zum großen Teil mit einer schönen alten Mauer) ist es ideal für einen Urlaub mit Kindern oder Hund. Man hat einen schönen Blick aufs Wasser. Das Haus ist gepflegt und bietet alles, was man braucht, sehr angenehm. - Die freundliche Verwalterin war jederzeit erreichbar und reagierte bei Fragen sofort. Der Bäcker ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, ein großer Intermarché befindet sich in 3 km Entfernung. Wanderungen kann man direkt am Haus beginnen lassen, Sandstrände sind zu Fuß, mit dem Rad oder per Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Saint-Philibert ist ein ausgezeichneter, sehr zentraler Standort für Fahrten in die Umgebung. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Le bonheur

En famille nous avons adoré notre séjour à l’oiseau bleu . La maison où on se sent comme chez soi (voire mieux si je regarde les batteries de cuisine!), l’immense jardin, le cadre fabuleux face à la mer près d’une petite chapelle et juste à côté d’ostréiculteurs. Les promenades alentours sont nombreuses et le golfe du Morbihan est magnifique. Dommage de devoir en partir … mais nous reviendrons !!!

Das Haus ist an einer wunderbaren Lage mit Blick auf die Bucht. Leider war das Geschirr und der Backofen nicht sauber und ebenso der Grill kaputt. Uns wurden deshalb die Putzkosten erlassen und im Auftrag des Hausbesitzers konnten wir einen neuen Grill kaufen - welcher er dann uns bar zurückerstattete. Leider ernteten wir für die Fahrt (50km) und den Zusammenbau des Grills keinen Dank... Trotz diesen Erfahrungen hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.
