Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour, dans une résidence calme et bien entretenue. L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel. L'accès direct à la plage est plus qu'apprécié. Sans parler de la gentillesse de la dame qui nous a remis les clés. Gros + : les 3 climatisations. Tout a été parfait. chammchambre.Rien à redire.

Toller Urlaub

Wir verlebten eine wunderbare Woche in der Wohnung. Die Ausstattung war super und die Lage direkt am Meer für uns einfach ideal. Die Einkaufsstraße direkt vor der Anlage bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum bummeln, essen und schauen. Wir können die Wohnung voll und ganz empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Appartement in toller Anlage

Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet (leise Spülmaschine, viel Geschirr und Gläser, Töpfe, Waschmaschine , Grill auf dem Balkon, Sitzecke auf dem Balkon, Tisch mit 6 Stühlen auf dem Balkon und im Ess-/Wohnzimmer). Insgesamt gibt es 6 Schlafplätze. Leider kann die kleine Seitenstraße in der Hochsaison sehr laut sein. Diese ist zum Schlafzimmer hin. Ebenso hört man teilweise die Veranstaltungen von den Campingplätzen. Allerdings sind die Türen und Fenster gut isoliert. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Swimmingpool ist sehr schön angelegt (Tiefe 1,50m). Auch gibt es einen eigenen Zugang zu dem Sandstrand von Marseillan-Plage. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Très bon séjour

Comme en 2020, appartement parfait, propre et bien équipé dans une résidence très bien entretenue avec parking et place privée, un piscine impeccable et un accès direct sur la plage. Très bien accueillis par Noelle, elle est charmante. Idéalement situé à Marseillan plage, proche de tous commerces, restaurants, superette, animations, plage... Avec les très fortes chaleurs, nouas avons beaucoup apprécié la climatisation! Nos deux adolescentes ont adoré ce séjour et nous aussi. Merci

Vacances idéales

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Marseillan. L'appartement est vraiment très fonctionnel.. Il y a vraiment tout.. Proche de la mer et des commerces.. Nous n'avons pas pris la voiture une seule fois pendant notre séjour... Nous reviendrons très certainement.. Les filles ont été ravies..

Super séjour

Appartement super bien placé et très bien équipé. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. La plage est situé à 300m. Noëlle et son mari sont super serviable et font tout le nécessaire pour que l'on passe un bon moment. Merci encore

Très très bon séjour!

Un accueil chaleureux et séjour sympathique avec tout sur place. La voiture est restée au parking toute la semaine! L'appartement est très bien pour quatre personnes. L'équipement est complet (cafetière, grille pain, bouilloire, sodastrim, lave-vaisselle, lave linge, wifi, literie confortable...) et le gros + : la climatisation. La résidence est calme et très bien entretenue. Avec deux adolescentes c'est le top pour leur laisser un peu de liberté : piscine et accès direct à la plage. En sortant de la residence tout est faisable à pied (restaurants, traiteurs, glaciers, grand marché tous les matins, boutique souvenirs, loisirs au port de Marseillan-plage : jet ski, parachute ascensionnel...) En résumé un super séjour dans cette location. Merci

Excellent séjour

Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage et des commerces, pas besoin de prendre la voiture, tout à pied ! L’accueil a été parfait, l’appartement très propre et correspond à la description faite sur le site. Le gros plus : la climatisation !

Tres bon emplacement

Bien situé au coeur de Marseillan, près des commerces mais sans les nuisances sonores la résidence est suffisamment en retrait de la rue tout en étant directement avec accès à la plage. A noter une douche à la sortie de la plage dans la résidence , bien agréable pour se débarrasser du sable! L'appartement est bien agencé , il est très fonctionnel avec tout le confort.
