Green Vistas on the Tenth Tee is a one story end unit with wall to wall windows

This spacious one story end unit is located beside the tenth tee in the gated community of Woodhaven Country Club in Palm Desert. The many original works of art throughout the home lend an air of comfort and elegance, while the wall to wall windows in the great room and cathedral ceilings in the living room and bed rooms lend a feeling of spaciousness far beyond its 1400 square feet. The patio cover allows for morning sun but protects from afternoon heat. The patio is separated from the golf course by seasonal flowers and has an eastern exposure to assure morning sunshine for your breakfast coffee. It is within easy walking distance to the clubhouse, workout equipment, tennis courts, swimming pools. The country club is adjacent to stores that are within walking distance as well. 

   The oversized master bedroom has a very large walk-in closet and a Sleep Number king-sized bed with space to spare. The guest bedroom has two Beauty Rest twin beds that may be pushed together to make a king bed. The dining room table will seat eight and the kitchen with all new appliances has all the accessories necessary for a gourmet cook including an automatic trash compactor.    Both the kitchen and the guest bath have Sola Lights (sky lights) to keep the interior light and bright. This beautiful unit at Woodhaven Golf and Tennis Club is your key to a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.

Great property, wonderful owner!

Clean and spacious with everything we needed. Location in Woodhaven was great -- appreciated being able to play golf and tennis onsite.

Lovely Place

We enjoyed our stay. The only downside was we were never able to get a tee time on the Woodhaven golf course as members get booking priority with very few spots left.

The location is the best, close to shopping, restaurants, tennis, etc. Woodhaven has a wonderful clubhouse with exceptional food and very friendly staff. My husband enjoyed the golfing, nice golf course !

Lovely Condo

We had a wonderful stay at this very friendly complex. The condo is tastefully decorated and very well stocked. The patio overlooking the 10th tee is very relaxing. Communication with the host is excellent.

I was delighted to arrive at such a clean home. The home is well stocked.

The property is very well maintained, a gated community. Barbara has a great cleaning lady. Everything you need is available. Barbara was very prompt in responding.

Lots of canyon hikes.

Our host, Barbara, provided a wonderful 2 bed / 2 bath townhome with garage. Location was great to get anywhere in the valley. Additionally we were allowed to use the pools and gym during our month stay. Our only hiccups were a trash can pans power-outage problem. These did not prevent us from enjoying our time in Palm Desert.

Palm Desert Gem

Woodhaven Resort is ideally located with numerous excellent restaurants close by - we went to La Brasserie for our Valentine's Day dinner. Ralph's large, well-stocked grocery is just down the street. The condo is beautifully furnished. Barbara Flanagan was very helpful, a very gracious hostess. Woodhaven golf course has an excellent practice facility and course, and everyone was extremely friendly. Heated pool was very close by, and the beds were very comfortable. The patio is beautifully furnished with a great view out onto one of the fairways, we spent many afternoons reading on the patio. It was a great six weeks away from the snow.

Comfortable, Cozy and Quiet

We have stayed here for the past 4 years and always enjoyed the amenities of the place and how quiet it is. This year we had the added excitement of having a humming bird nest out our bedroom window and could watch the baby grow and develop.

Great spot in Woodhaven

We stayed in your condo January 2016 and were very happy with everything. The new fireplace logs made for a very cozy time in the cooler weather. Lots of very nice dishes and cutlery and large dining room table made dinner for eight no problem. Very comfy beds and lots of towels enjoyed our stay. Barbara is very easy to deal with and will be back next year.

We stay in condo in beginning of April 2015 (04/05/2015-04/12/2015) Find this lovely place at last minute and was so happy to be in spacious and cozy with warm decor condo . During our stay we are filled like be at home with a comfort . My son played tennis tournament in Indian Wells Tennis Garden - everything was very convenient and short distance to all our needs. Beautiful and friendly community, amassing golf site! Easy communication with the owner :) We had a grate time and grate tournament !if my son some day will play pro tournament , than we are defiantly will stay in this super relaxing condo! Thank you !

A place you will want to keep coming back to! It feels like home!

We have booked this place 3 times in the past and it will continue to be our first choice for places to stay in Palm Desert in the future. The unit is very spacious and beautifully decorated throughout. The master bedroom is absolutely huge and we found everything we needed in the unit to make our stays so very comfortable. The patio is east facing so we got the morning sun until mid afternoon which we really liked. The location was great too as we could walk to two major grocery stores in 5 minutes. The Woodhaven complex is very lush green with lots of flowers and the people are super friendly. Their restaurant has great food at a very reasonable price. I really enjoyed walking to the driving range and putting/chipping green as well as playing golf at their very well kept course. We have enjoyed playing tennis at the tennis courts where there is a really well run program. We also enjoy cycling and the surrounding area is very flat making it easy to cycle anywhere you want to go. The owner is very accommodating and even added the tennis channel on cable for us at no cost when she realized we were "tennis people". Can't wait to get there again in 2015.

Beautifully Decorated Home - Highly Recommend it to Anyone

We very much enjoyed our month stay in this beautifully decorated home. It is exactly as described and has a great patio on the 10th tee. It faces East so you get sun until about mid afternoon and then it cools nicely for the evening. The unit is furnished like a "show" home and the master bedroom is huge - almost like an apartment in itself. Woodhaven is our favorite complex to stay at and having a nice quiet home to stay in like this one makes for a wonderful vacation. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and have already reserved it for March 2014 ourselves and can't wait to get back to it.

Woodhaven condo

This has been the third year we have stayed at this condo at Woodhaven and we look forward to our visit with great anticipation. The condo feels like a second home because it is so comfortable. The location being so close to the clubhouse and the front entrance is wonderful. The pictures of the condo are very accurate and it is spacious with huge closets . The pools are wonderful and neighbours great. We would recommend staying here to anyone.

This is a lovely unit in a great complex -- beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the patio, which backs onto the 10th fairway. It has every amenity anyone would need, and we would highly recommend it. Although we couldn't get this unit for next year, we are returning to Woodhaven, as it's a great place to stay.

Our stay at Woodhaven

Stayed at this condo for 2 1/2 months and it lived up to all our expectations. The location is great being close to shopping and the amenties of Woodhaven. Woodhaven complex is very friendly and nice to walk with everyone greeting you. The owner was very helpful with any questions we had. The condo is spacious and well equipped, with beautiful views of the sunrise. Having free long distance to Canada and wifi was a great bonus. Lots a good dining establishments nearby.

This is a very nicely fur...

This is a very nicely furnished and extremely well appointed home in a secure and enjoyable golf community. After finding it on VRBO for 2009 we are returning this March. A great spot in a great area!

Why they chose this property

I chose to buy a vacation condo in Palm Desert because I needed to escape from the fog at the beach and it was an easy drive from my home. I had often visited my relatives in Rancho Mirage and just loved being able to lie out in the sun whenever I wanted.

What makes this property unique

The thing I love best about the property is that everything is so beautiful. I especially enjoy coffee on the patio in the early morning sunlight surrounded by flowers. The unit has been kept updated and is just a pleasure to be in. The entire front of the unit is wall to wall windows. That combined with a cathedral ceiling gives a totally spacious feel to the place which is very important to me as I don't like to feel closed in in any way. The master bedroom is also huge and as the unit is located on the end of a four-plex you feel like you are in a very large house rather than a condo. I also enjoy the fact that the unit is located very close to the club house and all its activities as well as to the swimming pools. Everything is an easy walk.
