We are conveniently located off the 5th fairway of a championship golf course in the beautiful 24 hour guard-gated community of the Palm Desert Resorter County Club. Our home is located in the back of the community on a quiet cul-de-sac. The condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, flatscreen tv and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom includes a queen size pillow top bed. The master bath has a shower stall. The guest bathroom has a bathtub/shower.

The condo's open floor plan features a galley kitchen with a flow-through bar that leads into the dining area. The large dining table can be set for a party of six, for those who wish to host a holiday or dinner party. The living room features LED recessed lighting and cathedral ceilings with a large 68" ceiling fan. The condo also features a 40" flat screen television with Fios Cable, DVD player, and a wifi controlled thermostat. Enjoy walking into a clean and cool home upon arrival. From the living room, you enter the backyard patio that leads onto the 5th fairway. Relax and enjoy a refreshing beverage while you watch the sunset. There is also a Char-Broil bbq gas grill for you to show off your famous cooking skills. For your convenience, the private laundry room is located in the carport.

The Palm Desert Resort Country Club is an active golf community with an 18 hole par 72 public course that features a driving range, pro shop, clubhouse, restaurant, lounge, 14 lit tennis courts, and 20 pools and spas throughout the community which have salt water cleaning system, that are less harsh on body and clothing.
