Very private, quiet, gated, 1985 custom built estate in Rancho San Diego area of El Cajon, California - 3 bed, office, 2.5 baths, 6-car garage (2 attached, 4 detached private gym), 3500 esf, 1/2-acre, multi, split-level family home with city and mountain views from almost every room! HUGE great room, sunk-in living room, family room with widescreen TV, pool table, gym, outdoor gourmet BBQ setup, and expansive refinished, hardwood deck with gas firepit, patio furniture perfect for entertaining and family gatherings! Remodeled bedrooms, baths in last few years to include ceramic wood tile, new vanities, refinished hardwood floors, new blinds, paint and fans in bedrooms.

**NEW 2022 THERASPA (10×15) that can accommodate 10 people. $275 Property Fee for
HVAC heat/air use, carpet and pool cleaning applies to all reservations, in addition to $325 house cleaning fee.
Additional event fee may apply, but send info details first before booking.

We are 3 minutes to St. Peter's Cathedral church, Church of Saint Luke (my direct neighbor), and Church of Latter Day Saints. Home is perfect for parties needing a home for personal weddings, funeral or birthday receptions.

We had a week at this property and it met all of our needs as far as location to San Diego and surrounding areas. Brand new hot tub and decking; fitness room in the garage and plenty of indoor and outdoor space to spread out. Very responsive owner with any questions/issues that arise.

Peaceful setting, privacy and great location.

Had a great stay at this unique and very comfortable home. Very good value and no surprises as the owner was excellent to work with and provided ample information on the property and how to use/find things. Location was fantastic and on edge of city so lots of open nature nearby. Was close to essential shopping and easy to get around San Diego. Truly felt like we were staying at a friend’s house and the unique layout was great for hanging out and relaxing with family. Thank you Tila for being a great host and helping make this thanksgiving a very special one!
