Maisonette of 56 m² classified furnished with 3 * tourism, in a 1.2ha property, offering calm, nature and beautiful views of the mountains. The cottage includes on the ground floor a living room with open kitchen and terrace of 21 m² to the south; upstairs 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed (2 coupled 80 cm beds; 220/240 duvet) and the other with 2 80 cm bunk beds (upper bed reserved for a child over 6 years old), bathroom with walk-in shower. Two toilets, one independent. Very complete equipment. Air conditioning and heating by heat pump. Each room has a double view. Ideal for 3 adults or a couple with 2 children.
Location: 700m from the center of Saint Jean Pied de Port.
No smoking, pets not allowed,
Prices: from 300 to 455 € per week. Electricity according to meter reading beyond 8kwh / day.
