Norman style house, recently renovated, situated in an enclosed and secure garden. In the center of a village with bakery, grocery store, bars, bank, pharmacy, doctors, station with daily trains to Paris.
Ideal for couples and small families. Starting point for many excursions on foot or by bike (bikes available).
Bernay, sub-prefecture, city of art and history, located 10 kilometers away, is a charming medieval town with its half-timbered houses, its museum and its lively weekly market; supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, parks with children's playground, swimming pool, golf.
Several castles within 15 minutes, one with its golf course.

Formidable séjour dans le calme

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans ce gite qui se trouve dans le calme d'un beau jardin rempli de belles fleurs sur lesquelles on avait une bonne vue de l'intérieure ou à partir de la grande terrasse. Il était agréable que beaucoup de lumière entre. Tout l'équipement et comfort sont disponible (living, cuisine, douche, bons lits) et l'ensemble est très propre. Nous avons fait des promenades sur place et des randonnées avec nos vélos un peu plus loin en suivant les voies vertes qui se trouvent à une dizaine de kilomètres. L'acceuil par les propriétaires était vraiment chaleureux.

Séjour reposant et très agréable dans une petite maison rénovée et très bien équipée. Annie et Gérard sont très sympathiques et ont été de bon conseil pour profiter de cette belle région normande.

Superbe

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Serquigny dans cette très jolie location au calme qui dispose de tout le nécessaire. Les propriétaires sont charmants et toujours à l'écoute. Plusieurs randos sont faisables à proximité sans nécessiter de voiture et permettent de découvrir de chouettes endroits (forêts, petits hameaux typiques). La bourgade dispose de plusieurs commerces. Nous conseillons vivement cette location.

Séjour très agréable.

Petite maison très mignonne et très propre, environnement très calme. Possibilité de faire de belles randonnées à vélo sur les voies vertes environnantes. Propriétaires très accueillants et très agréables. Seul petit bémol: la chambre à coucher est située à l'étage et il peut y faire très chaud en été.

Un vrai petit paradis

Je recommande vivement cette location. Le gîte est dans un cadre arboré et fleuri d'une grande beauté. L'accueil est excellent. Les propriétaires sont des personnes généreuses et extrêmement sympathique. Beaucoup de calme. Le gîte est confortable
