The apartment is located on the first floor of a secure building with elevator. Large windows offer a beautiful light throughout the day, and a small balcony awaits you for morning coffee while watching the market. The accommodation has a bedroom with high ceilings, a spacious bathroom with bath and toilet, and a large closet in the hallway. The kitchen area is very functional and equipped with all appliances.

A beautiful 25 sqm one bedroom apartment just renovated, very bright in the city center of Aix-En-Provence on Sextius Course. Just a step away from shops, restaurants, bars, markets, etc., all day long stays of one or two persons.
The apartment is located on the first floor in a secure building with an elevator. Large windows let the sun go down inside and there is a small balcony where you could take your morning coffee while watching down to one of the famous markets with products of Provence. It has a bedroom with high ceiling, a spacious bathroom with a toilet and a large closet in the hallway. The kitchen area is very functional and equipped with all appliances.

This studio was in an excellent location and Marietta was responsive to any questions. It had everything I needed for my 3 night stay. They are doing construction outside so use of the patio was a bit limited but access to the old town, the farmers markets, groceries, etc were nearby.

Great place in historic center

Wonderful apartment, everything we needed was provided. It is very convenient to everything. We loved the balcony. The place was very clean. The only drawback was there is a bar across the street that can get loud especially on weekends.

Make sure to arrive at a time when you can be met by the owner (who is a lovely person.). The lockbox with the key to the property is very difficult to find. A video should be provided.

Had some trouble finding it, but once there it was fine. The only problem was noise for a couple of nights (until just before dawn) but it was the end of term at the university so there was reason for celebration I guess. The apartment has triple glazed sliding doors but it doesn't cut out all the street sounds. The entrance to the apartment is scruffy, but don't be deterred, you get used to it after a few days. Great location for exploring Aix. Lovely (and very helpful) owner who rescued us after getting lost. Not a good location for a car. Fortunately we came by bus.

Just with a few minutes walk, you could go to anywhere - City Hall - 400 m, La Rotonde - 350 m, Les Allées Provençales - 350 m, Thermes Sextius Spa - 200 m, Cathedrale Saint-Sauveur - 500, Cours Mirabeau - 650 m, Musée Granet - 1 km etc. For enjoying the beautiful evenings with a glass of rosé, don't miss the good restaurants on Place des Cardeurs, Place Ramus or rue des Cordeliers and if you'd like to feel the rhythm of the city, take a pause in the bistros on Place du Richelme or on Cours Mirabeau.
