Located at a step of all the conveniences, trade, restaurants, bars, banks and markets, this apartment arranged in the spirit suite of hotel and equipped any comfort is perfect for the stays of short or long duration.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a secure building with elevator. Large windows offer a beautiful light throughout the day, and a small balcony awaits you for morning coffee while watching the market. The accommodation has a bedroom with high ceilings, a spacious bathroom with bath and toilet, and a large closet in the hallway. The kitchen area is very functional and equipped with all appliances.

A beautiful 25 sqm one bedroom apartment just renovated, very bright in the city center of Aix-En-Provence on Sextius Course. Just a step away from shops, restaurants, bars, markets, etc., all day long stays of one or two persons.
The apartment is located on the first floor in a secure building with an elevator. Great place in historic center

Wonderful apartment, everything we needed was provided. It is very convenient to everything. We loved the balcony. The place was very clean. The only drawback was there is a bar across the street that can get loud especially on weekends.

Had some trouble finding it, but once there it was fine. The only problem was noise for a couple of nights (until just before dawn) but it was the end of term at the university so there was reason for celebration I guess. The apartment has triple glazed sliding doors but it doesn't cut out all the street sounds. The entrance to the apartment is scruffy, but don't be deterred, you get used to it after a few days. Great location for exploring Aix. Lovely (and very helpful) owner who rescued us after getting lost. Not a good location for a car. Fortunately we came by bus.
