Private apartment suite in Cheyenne Canon/Broadmoor neighborhood. Private entrance and off-street parking. Beautiful wooded setting. Walking distance to Broadmoor Hotel, Seven Falls, and North Cheyenne Canon Park. Immediate access to hiking and biking trails. Please note that the unit is located in the downstairs/basement area of our home and has its own separate entrance. Apartment is private and featured amenities are all exclusive to the unit. Must be able to navigate exterior stairwell to reach entry door. Area is well lit. Host lives on property. We are both retired and very quiet.

Apartment is 750 square feet and includes:
+ Large bedroom with queen-sized bed featuring Doctor's Choice firm mattress. Large dresser, sitting area, and full closet. Extra pillows and blankets located in closet.
+ Living room area includes couch that converts to 36" X 75" memory foam bed. Entertainment center includes 1080p Sony television and Amazon Fire TV Stick. Free access to Amazon Prime Video. You may also log into your own apps available on Amazon Fire TV. Tall top table excellent for working or study.
+ Fully equipped kitchenette - Sink, refrigerator/freezer, Samsung Toast & Bake (microwave/toaster oven), and induction cooktop burner. Coffee maker and coffee provided. Kitchen includes dishes, pots and pans, and all utensils.
+ Full private bath with tub/shower combination. Shampoo, soap, and many other necessities provided.
+ Lovely covered outdoor area to be enjoyed during good weather (this is a shared area with host).
