Newly built Excecutive Condo located in heart of Sister Bay!

Newly constructed Mill Road Place is in heart of downtown Sister Bay located a half a block up mill from Bayshore Drive. More information and pictures coming soon. The units will have LVP flooring, tiled showers, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, shiplap in bedrooms, fireplace, 55′ TV, 40′ TV’s in bedrooms, patio with table and chairs, bike rack, and propane grill. Unit 1 is on the first floor.

*Turnover day is Sunday during the peak season*

** No Camper or Boat parking at any time. Contact the local township for information on public overnight parking **
** Parking of up to two vehicles at all times, including any visitors.**

Family getaway

This property was perfect for our family. Close to everything in Sister Bay. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint was floors weren't as clean has we had hoped. We had a crawling infant and were on the floor a lot. Other than floors, it was everything we had hoped for and more.

Our stay here was wonderful. We loved the new condo and its comfortable amenities. We always love to stay in this area and have rented some very nice places but this was our favorite!

Fun location beautiful condo

It was my first time taking my brother and sister to Door County. They are from Florida and absolutely fell in love with Sister Bay, Ephraim and our lovely condo. Great location for walking everywhere. Very clean and such wonderful space! The lower level was so nice for my sister to work in. Thank you for such a great experience!

Stylish Condo that is centrally located

This is such a cute, well maintained, and stylish condo that offers lots of space. It had some fun games and offered everything you could possibly need for a short stay. It was just a short walk to the lake, restaurants, and bars in Sisters Bay. Whenever I had a question for the manager, they contacted me in a quick and timely manner. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo. We plan on making it a yearly girls trip in Sister Bay to stay at this condo.

Perfect escape for parents

This property was beautiful and provided all of the necessary accommodations to create a home away from home for a couple of nights. While it was very enjoyable, I would definitely like to return in-season, when many more of the local businesses would be open. Thx

Perfect, But...

Everything was great, except we were expected to wash the towels . Their washing machine cycle took an 1 1/2 hours, which is ridiculous!! If you expect your guest to do the towels they should just be able to put In the washing machine and leave!!! Hanging around for 90 minutes is not A nice way to leave!!

The location is excellent. Park the car and walk to restaurants. The place is very nicely furnished. Unfortunately, it was not cleaned very well. Might be related to not having g the regular cleaning staff during Covid.

Condo was very nice and had everything we needed. Great location. We were disappointed that the floors we so dirty after paying a premium cleaning fee. Lots of hair and dirt on our socks

Fantastic rental property

This was our first visit ever to Door County and we felt so lucky to have stayed at this property. The condo was beautiful with so many thoughtful touches like blankets, games, beach towels and beautiful bathrooms. The owners clearly put their heart into the design and decoration of this property. And the location was fabulous. We walked everywhere and loved being able to come back to the condo at lunch time or to send the kids back by themselves because is was so close to everything. Thank you!
