Welcome to Harbor House, located in the heart of Ephraim, Wisconsin!

Ephraim, with its sparkling harbor and picturesque landscape, is undoubtedly the crown jewel of Door County's bayside villages. That's where you'll find our restored 5-bedroom house, located on a quiet street at 9801 Brookside Lane.

The Harbor House has a large screened-in front porch, living room, dining room with seating for 12, kitchen, 2 full baths, and 5 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms, each with a queen mattress), one bedroom with three twin beds (bunk beds and a separate twin bed), one bedroom with a set of twin beds & one lofted twin bed (above the laundry area).

For your convenience, all beds have pillows, bedspreads, blankets, sheets, pillowcases and mattress pads. Bath towels are also provided.

Harbor House features a 32" flat screen SmartTV as well as hi-speed WiFi. We provide a Weber charcoal grill, an outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs as well as 4 kayaks for our guests to use. For those traveling with small children, a pack-and-play crib and highchair are available.

Parking is provided for up to 3 cars. For groups that have a large number of people, consider booking both the 5 bedroom house and our 2-bedroom Harbor House Guest Cottage located toward the back of our property (listing number 982888).

We are conveniently located approximately two blocks from the Ephraim public beach.

Our family loves all that Door County and Ephraim has to offer. We hope you'll make the Harbor House a part of your next visit to the peninsula!

Randy and Elizabeth were gracious hosts and the property was perfect for our group of seven. It had plenty of room and was in an excellent location next to Peninsula State Park and within walking distance of downtown Ephraim. We certainly hope to stay here again the next time we're in Door County!

We had a wonderful girls’ weekend here! The house had plenty of sleeping space for everyone, and the large kitchen table with seating for 8 was perfect for meals, games, and catching up. The location was great for exploring Door County, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again!

Great location in Dooe County! Theres a cute breakfast spot just a 5 min walk away and a quick drive to all points of interest. We appreciated the great communication from the host, and the home had the basics you needed so you didnt have to run out for things. Nice little seating area in living room tastefully decorated and an expansive dining area. I felt it was a very good value considering the location.

We had a wonderful week at the Harbor House. Located on a quiet street, with quick access to restaurants, shopping & the beach. The house is comfortable and well stocked and had plenty of room for our family of seven. The screened porch & gazebo are wonderful and the kids enjoyed the yard. We hope to return!

Harbor House was perfect for our girls getaway. Great location plus the house had every creature comfort that anyone would want or need. Very clean! What sold me on this property were all the gathering places for a group - the living room, dining room, front porch, the fire pit and the gazebo. The hosts were exceptionally nice and were always accessible via phone if needed. We will definitely stay here again.

This property was so cute and welcoming. Screened in porch was wonderful to have as well as the fire pit with relaxing chairs to use and spend time together. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Location is perfect! A short walk to the lake, coffee, breakfast, and lovely dinner restaurants. Management was easy to work with, made sure you had no issues and so kind. I would return and recommend to anyone.

Harbor House is a warm, inviting home nestled just off the main road, making the location perfect for access to Peninsula Park, downtown Ephraim and Northern Door County. Large screened in porch, clean, spacious, and well stocked, this home is a great choice for your time away from home.

Wonderful Stay

Four great lady friends enjoyed this lovely home and especially loved the front porch. Home is well appointed with all the important stuff..comfortable beds and furniture, good kitchen, enough room to enjoy being by yourself. Location is ideal, only a short walk to Main Street Ephraim and the Bay. Great value and Would definitely return

Great property with plenty of spaces to relax. We had three generations and everyone was comfortable. The porch and fire pit were huge hits. The kayaks are also a wonderful perk. We rented both houses and highly recommend for a large group. Randy and Elizabeth were awesome hosts and very attentive.

Great house and great location.

My family and a few of my kids friends spent the week at Harbor house. Plenty of room for everybody. Close walk to the beach and downtown Ephraim. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for our Family

We were so pleased with our stay at the Harbor House! Everything was nice and tidy upon arrival, check in directions were clear, and hosts checked in with us. We outgrew a different place we used to stay in Door County, and this was the perfect place to fit all 8 of us, including children. Having 4 bedrooms is so accommodating. Our favorite perks were the beautiful screened in porch, spacious yard with fire pit, and prime location. We will definitely be back!
