Points positifs : proximité avec la mer, ce qui est très appréciable quand on habite et travaille toute l'année en ville équipements nécessaires pour une semaine de vacances.Points négatifs : mobliers et sanitaires vétustes, mais surtout, vous n'êtes pas seuls dans ce petit appartement : des blattes/cafards s'invitent le matin et le soir, surtout dans la douche. Les propriétaires vous expliquent qu'ils ne sont pas responsables (orages, interventions de la mairie insuffisantes). Impossible de le vérifier. En tout cas, en ce qui nous concerne, nous n'aurions jamais loué cet appartement (fin mars) si nous avions eu cette information. Finalement, nous avons préféré le quitter avant la fin du séjour et limiter les risques de ramener ces indésirables dans nos bagages. Bien sûr, il nous a fallu trouver en urgence un nouveau logement en plein mois d'août ! Conclusion : une semaine de vacances familiales largement gâchée par le manque de transparence des propriétaires

Sehr schöner Balkon

Absolutes Highlight ist der schöne Balkon. Das Klappbett ist ziemlich groß und komfortabel. Die Ausstattung ist nicht mehr die aller neueste, aber alles in Ordnung. Wir hatten erholsame Tage. Den Checkout durften wir ein paar Stunden nach hinten verlegen, was wirklich sehr zuvorkommend war.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous cherchions de la proximité pour pouvoir se baigner à la mer, et bien la situation de l’appartement était tout simplement parfaite ! Merci Marie, et également à nos voisins qui étaient super sympas.

Malgré l'emplacement décevant

En voyant les photos du balcon donnant sur la plage et le prix très élevé je pensais avoir une super location or quelle ne fut pas ma déception de trouverun mobilier défraichi ,des ustencils de cuisine insuffisants et en mauvais état et pour cloturer le tout des blattes ou des cafards dans ma douche : seul appartement sans parking mais payant dans la rue .prix injustifié

Superbe petit appartement face à la mer, sur. une plage peu fréquentée, appartement en parfait état, localisation idéale, idéal pour se reposer en couple ou avec enfant et profiter de la plage et d'une vue mer du matin au soir ! Nous avons vraiment passé une très belle semaine. Appartement fonctionnel avec accès direct à la plage. C'est l'idéal avec des enfants ! Les hôtes sont très accueillants et sympathiques. Nous recommandons vivement !
