Our condo is exactly what you need to wow your family and friends! Enjoy the breathtaking ocean view where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Caribbean Sea. The town of Fajardo is just only 30 miles from the San Juan International Airport.
This spacious and very comfortable condo has been beautifully updated with all new quality furnishings and amenities; bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, beach toys, tennis rackets, basketball and board games. The condo development has three pools, full gym, 2-mile walking/running trail, basketball court and tennis court.

This neighborhood is surrounded by various attractions. We are located across from Villa Marina and Puerto Chico marina, which offer a variety of tours and trips, boat rentals, Jet Ski rentals, etc. We are also close to the ferry that goes to Culebra and Vieques. Seven Seas Beach is a 5 min drive down the same road as the complex. Las Croabas is a 10 min drive which is where you will find the bio bay tours as well as kayaking and water taxis to Palomino and Icacos Island. OFFROAD PUERTO RICO – Fajardo UTV Tours - HC-67, Box 20095, 9477 PR, Fajardo, 00738, Puerto Rico. Luquillo beach and the famous kioskos are only a 15 min drive. El Yunque Rain Forest is close 20 min drive.
You will find a great selection of restaurants nearby. Costa Mia, La Estación, and Passion Por El Fogon are some of our favorites! Reach out for specific recommendations.
Peña Mar Ocean Club is a well-secured complex with 24-hour security. It features its own emergency power generator and water cisterns, which are useful in case of power/water outage.
We are also conveniently located near supermarkets, drug stores, Walmart, Kmart, etc.

Fantastic vacation

Fantastic stay

Edwin and Julia have a real gem at Pena Mar. Clean, bigger than pictured, easy in and out from a gated entry, convenient to day trips all over the northeast and nearby islands, and very well tended by both the owners and their local friend who attends check ins. We will definitely be back!

Fun in Fajardo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Edwin's condo! It was exactly the space and amenities we needed. Every thing was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect right in the middle between Luquillo and Ceiba. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony every morning as we sipped our coffee. Edwin was also very responsive and helpful with all our questions. Thank you so much, we will be back soon!

Great property, easy check-in

This is a great property and we’ll definitely stay again if we return to Fajardo. It would be great if renters could use the resident entry lane through security instead of stopping at the gate each time but that is a minor inconvenience.

This is a great condo that is just as described. It's in the perfect location on the eastern side of Puerto Rico. Close to the beaches, the rain forest, and so many other things. Close to great food and local favorites.

Wonderful 3 bedroom condo, secure location and great pools. The location was only a short drive to the activities we had planned which was nice. Only wished we had 2 sets of keys as we had 4 adults and you need the keys regularly. Would definitely come back to this location—our adult children agreed

April 2025 Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Edwin and Julia’s condo. The condo was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. The condo was at a perfect location for us to get to the different parts of the island that we wanted to visit. A few days before our trip, the islands experienced a power outage, which is common. When we arrived at the condo you would have never known because the condos have a back up generators. working.
