This lovely, well appointed, cute condo was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. The views were stunning and the area was peaceful. We enjoyed watching the boats and pelicans from the balcony. The location was perfect. Easy drive from San Juan Airport and we had access to restaurants, grocery store, tours leaving the harbor and kayak bay. Also, El Yunque was accessible and we hiked many trails. Yinienda was a fabulous host. Responsive and attentive. We would highly recommend and would love to come back in the future.

Wonderful waterfront condo!

We absolutely loved our stay and we would not hesitate to book again! The property had great views of the marina (saw many sea cows!), neighboring islands, and surrounding hills/mountains that we enjoyed from the balcony and entryway. It was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, especially for trips to the beach. We felt right at home.

Once we arrived at our Penthouse condo, everything onsite and around the condo area was enjoyable and easy to access. The condo was was beautiful and had everything you needed for our stay! The only upsets were the infected beaches that have off a horrible rotten smell that didnt allow us to enjoy the balcony. Other than that, our vacation was awesome!

My property is not a penthouse. Not sure why this review was left here because clearly you didn’t stay at my condo, in addition, the other half of the reservation was never paid. You enter our condo and stayed there for only 10 minutes. Our condo is on level 17 not 30 and on tower one phasing the ocean not the marina where all the sargassum is and the smell you are referring too. There is clearly a misunderstanding here and this review doesn’t reflect what our condo offers.

Amazing views in high rise condo

Our stay here in Fajardo was perfect. No issues getting onto property. It was about 3 minutes to get checked in with security at the gate. Found our condo with instructions sent to us by owner. Very typical setup for a condo, but the views are breathtaking and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place. Very neat and clean. Restroom and kitchen had every supply you may need. Storage closet had lots of items you could use for a day at the beach including towels and some snorkeling gear. Huge pool on-site if you care to just have a pool day. Stores and restaurants were only 5-10 minutes away.

The condo was very clean and was fully stocked with just about everything you would need, including gear to take to the beach! Has a great view of the marina and water. Really close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The check in process is a little daunting and could be more efficient. Would definitely stay again.
