A fun beach house in Sea Isle only 40 steps to the beach (no street to cross). Appropriately named Cool Breezes, the bright and airy open floor plan offers views of the Gulf.
This 1250 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms on one level is the perfect home for anyone who wants to enjoy peace and quiet.
Expansive deck allows for sunbathing and views of the beach. Ground floor provides more views, sitting and grilling area. An Outdoor shower is available to rinse off after a long day at the beach.
House amenities:
75” smart tv with Sling, 55” in primary bedroom and two 32" smart tvs in the other bedrooms, wifi, ac/heat unit, charcoal grill, stackable washer/dryer, Mr Coffee coffee maker and a Keurig, crockpot, Instant Pot, air fryer and a snow cone machine! New portable ac unit in the bunk bedroom. ALL new floors!

Cool Breezes is located in Sea Isle. Only a .2 mile walk to the Sea Isle Supermarket. And an easy 1 mile walk to the Bait Shop, Sandbar Grille, The West End Marina and restaurant. Other amenities include community pool (for an additional fee), tennis court and playground.

Getting around
Cool Breezes is on the West end of Galveston Island. Only 16 miles to the East end for groceries at Walmart or Kroger and 16 miles to Moody Gardens. Only 21 miles to The Strand for unique restaurants and bars.

Perfect beach getaway

This beach house was clean and comfy, with easy access to the gulf. The kitchen was fully equipped, which allowed us (after a trip to Kroger) to prepare and enjoy our meals without going out. Sea Isle gets top ratings from our extended family.

We loved it here! Amazing to be able to walk to the beach and not have to drive or cross a road. Perfect for what we needed (3 adults and a 5 year old). Fun games in the living room. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony and watching the water and sunrise. Overall super relaxing!

Great Place to stay

This property was very clean! Had great views of the beach and direct access. The beds were very comfortable and there was room for my whole family. My family enjoyed it and can’t wait to go back with warmer weather!

Cozy beach house getaway

We had a fantastic family getaway and very much enjoyed our 4 day stay at this house. The owners were responsive and friendly, and the house is exactly as described/pictured. Everyone had enough room to spread out and be comfortable for the entirety of our stay. The neighbors are friendly and respectful as well. Definitely will return to this house again in the future.

Perfect!

The house was perfect and very well equipped with everything we needed. Even a snow cone maker, which the kids LOVED! The house is very close to the beach and that made it easy for the kids to run back and forth to get snacks or just chill inside for a bit. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us, to hangout inside on the rainy day. The owner was easy to get in touch with and kept us updated on the power outage (they were working on the power lines) I would definitely recommend this house to anyone! It was perfect!

Spring Break Stay

We had a great trip. Cool Breezes was a great find. It allowed our kids (college age) to come and go with their friends with plenty of room. The house is well equipped with games and puzzles and we listened to our young adult kids giggling until 2 am each morning playing games. We used the grill and the snow cone machine (an unexpected find but loved by all staying here). There is a coffee pot AND Keurig. I could have my one cup quickly and hubby could have his gourmet coffee when he was ready. Rarely are there enough towels and washcloths at rentals but Cool Breezes had enough. One of the first times we didn’t have to buy washcloths or kitchen towels. It is as advertised- 40 steps to the sand and despite not being a first row house, has a great unobstructed view of the beach. Perfect for morning coffee and mimosas and margaritas at sunset. The most we had stay at once was 9 - everyone slept comfortably. But the insane part is that all 9 showered one morning and we did not run out of hot water. That’s better than our own house!!! We did all the nostalgic things our kids remembered from previous trips - The Strand, Pleasure Pier, long days on the beach, had lots of seafood, thrift store shopping, a 4 hour fishing trip, rode the ferry to Boliver and people watched driving up and down Crystal Beach. We even extended our trip by a night because it was so great and we will definitely be looking to book again in the future. 5 stars and highly recommend!

Perfect location for a perfect vacation

Pictures do not do justice. The ocean view is amazing and very relaxing at night. Great location with grocery store a few miles away. Looking forward to staying here again

Beautiful Beach House!!!

Perfect beach house with amazing views! The house was cozy, very clean and organized…all you need are your clothes and food, everything else is provided. The owner responds promptly to any questions. The beach is only a few steps away and so beautiful! We will definitely be back!

Relaxing getaway

The home was clean, comfortable, and updated. We really felt at home and were able to play, cook and sleep well. The beach access was awesome. It wasn't a big deal to go back inside quick if you forgot something, which is a total change even from staying at a beachfront hotel. The beach itself was clean and uncrowded. This was our most relaxing trip to the beach ever, and we'd love to come back!
