Ilikai Ocean View Studio! NO RESORT FEES & FREE WIFI, Full Kitchen, Sleeps 4

Luxury unit with amazing lagoon/ocean/beach views. Open kitchen, granite countertops, granite bathrooms, and so much more! This unit has a comfortable king bed and queen sized sofa bed, a free wireless work desk, and a 120 s.f of lanai to enjoy the
ocean breeze and relax with breathtaking views. Also includes a 42-inch flat-screen TV, and etc. in the living room space for your relaxing or entertaining needs. Use the great full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all other tools needed to cook your own meals!

*There is an ongoing project at the building for spalling repairs and painting. This stack is scheduled to be repaired sometime between Feb 21, 2026 - Jun 29, 2026. This may affect usage of the lanai and result in construction noise during the day between 9 am-5 pm (sometimes as early as 8 am for weather)

Parking is not included, please see below for the options for parking:

1. Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $45 per night plus tip with in/out privileges. Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations are needed. Just arrive anytime, and valet staff will be on duty.

2. Behind the Ilikai building there are lots of public parking spaces, some free and some paid. The free spaces close at 10:30 pm so you have to move your car before then. The paid parking spaces go for $1/hr and do not close at a certain time so they can be used for overnight parking. You can pay with cash or card, just go to the parking machine and enter your license plate plus the number of hours, which will print out a ticket to put on your dashboard.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn off the AC and leave any dirty or wet towels on the bathroom floor.
All garbage should be removed and placed in the trash room located next to the elevators.
There will be a $5 fee for any broken or missing glass, plates, or towels. If you do break something, please just leave a note with $5 for the cleaners.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Nice relaxing stay

My cousin and I met in Hawaii and spent 5 nights in this very nice condo. We enjoyed the views and lanai and be able to have our coffee while watching the surfers. The lagoon was magnificent!

We stayed for 9 days and enjoyed the amenities at the Ilikai and the location. The king size bed was very comfortable and the a/c worked well. Our only negative comments are the suite could use a deep cleaning, more specifically the washroom door and the suite phone does not work.

Nice view. Ilikai has restaurants, nice lobby, shops, and a short walk to Waikiki Beach.

Everything was as advertised, and we had an enjoyable stay! Be prepared for a lot of traffic! Plan extra time for getting around Waikiki area.

Nice location

We were very pleased with the apartment we rented. It was well equipped and comfortable.We enjoyed the view of the pools and ocean from our balcony and we were lucky to be at the Ilikai on a Friday to enjoy the free music and dance program. The laundry facility and elevators are nearby. We discovered too late that there's a rooftop dining room that is elegant and has great views.

Great location! Easy access to the beach! Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony in the evening as the sunset and in the morning as the surfers arrived for sunrise!

Great location, great view, perfect location in the building

Everything was pretty amazing. We will be back again in a few months for work, and will be hoping to get this same place. Having a fridge and microwave and stove on a long trip makes all the difference.

Very convenient and good view

This property is a bit tired (described as completely remodeled), and could do with a dishwasher and some new pillows. The location is very convenient, next to the Hilton Hawaiian Village and a short walk to Ala Moana shops.
