Do you love the beach? Imagine spending your days at the beach, your nights eating fresh caught seafood, and midnights enjoying the pelican's nest with the stars. Beautifully furnished Second Row home on exclusive First Street, Ocean Isle Beach. Amazing, expansive ocean views from dining room, family room, master bedroom, pelican's nest and front porches. The beach access is across the street and the rental includes use of our community pool (Summerplace pool) which is located just 3 houses down.

This home is a private rental / secondary home with plenty of space offering 5 bedrooms/5 en-suite baths. Handicap accessible bottom floor shower in bedroom and 3 level wheelchair accessible elevator included.

Enjoy the private backyard and beautiful ocean views on the pelican's nest. This home offers 6 parking spots with a secure garage and is a short walk or bike ride (0.5 Milles) from the center of town.
Stone back patio with fenced in yard and gate with plenty of privacy. 2024 inteior renovation including new hardwood floors throughout the house. All stainless steel kitchen appliances.

We offer a pet-free home. Come enjoy the sun, waves, and beach life at its finest.

This house is excellent. We had family of 3 generations stay. The elevator was excellent for the 80 year old matriarch. The beach and pool all within walking distance. Lots of amenities for kids such as the arcade, park, mini golf and go carts.

We had a great time so close to the beach! All 10 of us from Nana and Poppa to teens and 10 year old!! Lots of porches, bedrooms and bathrooms! Nicely appointed kitchen and the wonderful elevator was perfect for Nana!! Loved the cleanliness and short walk to the beach!!! Would definitely book again!

This house was perfect for our work retreat. Great location! Short walk to the beach and the pool. We enjoyed the front porch every evening. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs pots and pans. All you need to bring is food.

Family reunion

Perfect house for our family, 6 adults 4 children, elevator helps get the luggage up and down. Hosts are outstanding! They answered every question promptly and accommodated every request. This area is perfect for families. My grandson wants to move in this house, we would definitely rent it again!

The location was fantastic and the house was comfortable. Good communication and house stocked well with essentials. Only drawback was no linens provided and minor drain issues of the upstairs. Nice feedback from owners when drain issue mentioned so hopefully will be resolved for future tenants.

Wonderful time at Clark's Paradise Cove!

Plenty of space with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, family room, kitchen/dining area, and various decks with chairs. The elevator made it easy to bring luggage and items upstairs. There was a shower off of the garage to rinse off after being at the beach. Easy access to the beach and also to a swimming pool. A cool pelican's nest and view at the top of the roof. We were here with our children and grandchildren. We had a lot of fun and loved our stay at Ocean Isle Beach with Clark's Paradise Cove as our Vrbo residence.
