Weekends fill fast, but we can especially low rates for weekdays! Do you have the flexibility to fill in our weekday gaps?

Cozy fire, snow-covered evergreen trees & gorgeous sunsets over the mountains. (In the winter, that is. Summer sunsets can be enjoyed with nice breezes on the back deck overlooking the western mountain range, or at the community fire pit on the back lawn.)
Sleeps 8-10 and is steps from Village
Holds lots of fun memories for usā€”with lots of room for you to add your own!
ā€”Spacious condo - sleeps 8-10. Recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms.
3 BR/2 bath; full size (he) washer & dryer; dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen; flat screen TV, cable, free wifi, land line; deck.
ā€”Summit Condos has an outdoor fire pit, and gentle slopes between buildings where the little ones can sled. Close to ski school, terrain-based learning center, and MAGIC CARPET 'lift' for your mini-skiers.
ā€”It's a short walk to the Village center and slopes (though with a steep stairway), or the shuttle runs from the front of our building to everything, including Silver Creek (tubing hill and night skiing).

Also close to Split Rock pools & hot tubs (additional fee).

Two families shared this space; it was big enough for us and 5 boys. We cooked most meals in, all appliances were available and clean. Will definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at the Hafer's condo in Snowshoe. We enjoyed every moment and truly appreciated all the space for our family of six. Linda is a very responsive host and was able to help with regard to advice about where we could attend Mass, etc. We got snowed in (or, rather, iced in) while there and the furnace ran out of gas. Luckily, we were able to contact the maintenance man and he was helpful, too in activating a new supply of gas. Power & such did stay on. Only tip is take a 4x4 if you know there will be weather. Our minivan almost didn't make it out of the lot and my husband was ultra-stressed bringing it down the winding mountain roads. Overall, a great stay and we would go again! Kids LOVED it!

Live Music Getaway

Our friend group loved our stay in Bob & Linda's space. It was a perfect walking distance to the live music at the resort we were in town for and a great space for our group of 8!

All our kids were under 10 when we bought this new ski condo with 2 other couples...now they're grown & the boys have bought out our former partners to 'preserve' the family property & great memories they enjoyed as children/teens/& young adults. Three generations of us ski here now---and we love sharing the opportunity with other families!

Why they chose this property

We were so delighted with our first ski experience skiing at Snowshoe (late March & 3 ft. of natural snow!) that we decided to buy inā€”and it has only gotten better over the years! We now enjoy coming up year round because there are so many unexpected delights in the warm weather too!

What makes this property unique

Great set-up for two familiesā€”we often came with another family & their kids, and it was fun for all. We've done some renovation and opened it up from original floorplan/ added some space & a deck, so it's even more spacious now. We're continuing to renovate and refresh the interior. (Still needs to get some updated pictures.)
Easy 'tot' sledding just outside; deck; community firepit; free wifi. The original artwork always makes me feel at home, and the view of the western mountains at sunset is stunning.
Our kids now bring their kiddos (and friends & cousins!) and have a great time ā€”skiing in the winter and enjoying all the wonderful summertime amenitiesā€” & fresh mountain air year round!
