Whether you’re an outdoor enthusiast or just enjoy looking at some of West Virginia’s most beautiful scenery while sipping coffee in front of a warm fire, this cozy condo is sure to make your getaway memorable! Only a short walk to the Village, this condo is perfectly situated to allow for easy access to restaurants, shops and, of course, the slopes!

This street level Summit condo features amazing mountain views and beautiful sunsets from the picture windows in the spacious, open floor plan living-kitchen-dining room. A gas log fireplace provides the perfect ambiance for your snowy vacation.

This unit also features a fully updated kitchen with full-size and stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, bar seating as well as a dining table, and is fully stocked for dining in and enjoying cocktails. Both full bathrooms are recently renovated. The living room has a sleeper sofa and a large flat screen television. There is also a washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi internet connection and long distance calling.

The unit comfortably sleeps eight. And includes three bedrooms. The first bedroom features a large en suite bathroom with a double sink granite vanity and tub/shower combo. The king bed has a memory foam mattress. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom includes a flat screen television and plush bedding. The second bathroom also has a tub/shower combo.

There is shuttle service available from Summit to all mountain amenities.

Nightly Rate includes a 2% Snowshoe District Service Fee.

Wonderful cabin in ideal location

This was such a great cabin! The rooms are smaller but the living space is much bigger than other Snowshoe properties. Communication with the owner was terrific. The location is perfect—close to the village but far enough away to not hear the snow makers. Parking right in front was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place

Great location and place was mostly as expected. Beds were comfortable, living room area was nice. Second and third bedrooms are fairly small and the kitchen did not have any oven mitts or hot pads, but hopefully they'll fix that. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Great Ski Stay

Summit 203C is a solid place for a group to stay. Besides one large staircase, the slopes are easy to get to. One downside is the table doesn’t sit as many people as can stay at the condo so no family style meals. Otherwise the place has all things you need with a great balcony view. We’d book here again

Prefect Stay!

The rental was just as described, Sam made the check in process super easy and the welcome guide was very useful! Main floor condo was nice, close to stairs up to the village and the available shuttle was very handy. Property was clean and well kept! Would definitely book here again!

Excellent Experience!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The property is exactly as advertised, very clean and comfortable. The view is incredible. There were a couple of challenges prior to checkin due to the previous renters, but the owner was fantastic with the communication and had everything resolved prior to our scheduled arrival time. Overall, I highly recommend this property. We hope to return soon!
