Unit 629 is fully equipped with a full kitchen and all the kitchen tools you need. Coin operated laundry on every floor. WiFi and cable TV is provided. The Ilikai Hotel is located in Waikiki perfect location with easy access to Ala Moana Center. Many shops and restaurants are conveniently located close by, Chart house for happy hours and a amazing Marina view, Red Lobster, the famous Katsu-midori Sushi from Japan, there is also a fancy restaurant in the hotel next door, The Modern. If you are looking for a local breakfast joint with velvet pancakes, Cinnamons is located on the hotel property!

Starting the week of July 28, 2025, a licensed contractor will begin spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building. Balcony access and use for this condo will be restricted from Nov 20, 2026 to Apr 13, 2027 (approx. dates). Construction noise will be limited to 9 AM – 5 PM per house rules. Guests can use lanais after 5 PM once contractors finish for the day.

If you plan on renting a car, we suggest contacting the hotel for the valet parking rates, last time I checked the parking rates were $45/day (rates are subject to change). There is also public paid parking along the boat harbor rates are about $1/hour (rates are subject to change).
If you only need a car for one day, some of our guests have rented a car just for the day from the car rental facilities in Waikiki, but make reservations in advance as they get rented quickly.

Payment method: We accept VISA or MASTER with a 5% booking fee, if you decide to pay with AMEX its 9% so we advise guests to pay via VISA or MASTER. Booking fees are non-refundable.

A Walkers Delight

Everything was as advertised. Super easy self check-in. As a person that loves to walk and use Public Transportation, this was perfect. Traveled everywhere around the Island on THE BUS, Haleiwa, North Shore, Pearl Harbor, Golf. Plus, easily walked from one end of Waikiki to the other. Place was quiet when you wanted, but could easily immerse into the action.

Perfect location and ammenities

Honestly, this property is perfect for a busy family. We loved the 2 pools and ammenities onsite. The kitchen had everything we needed. The condo itself is dated. It feels slightly grubby and could use a good spruce for picky guests, however it was as clean as possible when we arrived. No complaints. We were very comfortable in the beds and sofa. The hotel had great entertainment and lovely staff too. We would stay again.

Let me start by saying I LOVE the Ilikai. Everything was perfect about this unit except the drapes were dirty and had a couple of holes. It could use a fresh coat of paint. The towels were frayed and had holes in them. BUT everything else was perfect. The bed was sooooo comfy. The couch was also comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. Air conditioning worked great. Communication with the rental company was GREAT. We arrived early and were able to get into our condo early. So, when it comes down to it, a frayed towel and dirty drapes didn’t bother me at all. Our stay was PERFECT!

Honolulu Holiday

We enjoyed our stay at the Illiaki apartment. We love the location and the convenience of shopping and restaurants in the building. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked, and furniture is in good repair. The apartment has a west facing balcony that overlooks the marina and ocean. We ate most breakfasts out there. We did not rent a car so we used the local buses to get everywhere we needed to go. The bus stop in the Waikiki direction was right out the front door; the other direction was across the street. We will return to the Illiaki again.

Great Location Needs a Deep Clean

Great location. everything we needed. The unit just needs a good deep clean and fresh paint. was tidy, linens were clean, towels clean, but for the cleaning fee I’d expect a bit more, for example ketchup splatter on a cupboard door and 3 or 4 plates that had grease residue. other wise everything we needed for light cooking, and enjoying O’ahu. Easy access and no problems booking or with our damage deposit. got that back today.

The pros beautiful view location is fabulous.Sixth floor Close to the elevators close to the laundry. Very warm pool. Lobby, hotel, and shops are wonderful. Music every night. friday night you can see fireworks as well. Very comfortable bed and quiet condo. The cons the refrigerator handle and the outer door looks terrible. It doesn't look appealing to put my food in it. The inside's clean. The bathroom could use some updating around the toilet. Looks like rust and urine. It just needs some updating and caulking. I wound stay again if those things were taken care of. dance.

Not our first time to the Ilikai. The building is in a fantastic spot for walking to just about everything you want. Unfortunately the pub at the deck level is closed at this time. Plenty of others available in the area though. The room. Very clean when we arrived. Pictures fairly depict it. Price for room is also spot on. Comfortable bed and furniture. Room does need some tlc but didn't bother us. We had minor issue and owners contacted proper person to repair. Also at no fault of owner the room above us was doing some renovation. This happens and did let owner know so they could give future renters a heads up. Again owner was very responsive to this and did inform others. We are definitely booking for next year. Thank you for a wonderful time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sachi Hawaii rentals are hands down the best company we have ever booked through of over 45 years of travel. They are quick to respond to any questions or requests( I asked for a blender after checking in and it was brought within the hour!) Such a pleasant group of people working there. The rental had a beautiful view with a really big balcony that was perfect for watching the sunsets and the weekly entertainment in the courtyard. The Bed was comfortable, The furniture was in good shape. Unit could use some updating. A fresh coat of paint on the walls and deck floor and new curtains on the slider would work wonders, but definitely not a deal breaker. Unit was clean, all appliances worked and had a kitchen full of dishes, pots, pans glasses and utensils, everything you could need and then some! The Ilikai building entrance and common areas are beautiful and kept up nice and clean! We really enjoyed our 3 week stay and Sachi Hawaii was a huge part of it! Would highly recommend the building and rental agency!

ABCストアやアラモアナまで歩いて行ける距離で不便はないです。ワイキキなど中心部に行く際も30分歩けば行けます。バス停もホテルの前にあるで便利。 部屋は綺麗でした。部屋のお掃除がないので、基本自分達で掃除、ゴミ捨てをします。掃除用具、食器など揃ってます。 歯磨き、シャンプーなどはないので用意した方が良き。洗濯洗剤もあるといい。洗濯は$3.50。トイレットペーパーも長期滞在なら持って行くと良い。 事前に部屋のコード番号がメールで送られてきます。間違ったコード番号を伝えられていおり20分間ドアの前でやり取りしていたのを除けばほぼ満足。 景色も良いです。花火はホテルの外に出れば見えます。

We were missing a kettle, as I am a tea drinker, and tea towels for drying dishes (although there is a dishwasher in the kitchen). When I texted the property manager about these missing items, I was so pleased to get an immediate response that this would be corrected, and a brand new kettle in a box and tea towels were delivered to our room by the afternoon!My only suggestions would be to have some sort of shelf or holder in the shower for shampoos etc so they don’t have to sit on the shower floor and also to change the bed skirt as it was torn in a few places. The location and view is perfect. The Wifi is excellent and the TV has a crazy amount of channels. It is in a quieter part of Waikiki and very close to the mall and beach. The free fireworks every Friday is a few steps away and there was often entertainment in the patio area of the Ilikai. All in all we were very pleased and had a wonderful stay there.

Upon arrival I noticed that the coffee pot was missing prior to my arrival, I sent an email to make the property management aware and they reponded immediately and brought a new coffee pot within the hour. I am satisfied with my experience and will be returning. For my personal taste the bed was a little firm and the towels could used to be replaced. I also like how complimentary toiletries were provided and if you’re traveling with a family there is beach equipment available (small cooler, chairs, boogie boards, towels). You won’t be disappointed, I was also given my refund back in a timely manner. Location was perfect as well, right by the lagoon/beach, bus, grocery and a mall within walking distance (under 1 mile), Waikiki beach is about 1.3 miles, j enjoyed walking along the shoreline and taking in the beauty of the scenery. Also if you’re looking to do a sunset cruise the harbor is right there. My only complaint was when booking with Expedia I was confused with the deposit and was surprisingly charged the $1,500 with my reservation, then my receipt showed I still owed the deposit at check in. Expedia was not a help at all when trying to understand the situation, however Sachi Hawai’i was quick to help and answer my questions and concerns. I will be coming back, you won’t be disappointed. Aloha. :)

Requires some TLC. need to replace bathroom vent in shower stall..very rusty, not even a $10.00 piece, and 2 screws holding it on .A lot of gunk in shower door frame. Drapes are filthy.Floor tiles, some broken/missing,all the tiles to repair the broken/missing ones are right there in the closet! Dishwasher...didn't clean dishes,screen filter in dishwasher was so plugged with crud. Hubby cleaned it out & then it cleaned like it should. Picture above bed, VERY dusty. Needs much improvement for cleaning!you get charged a $300.00 cleaning fee, so it should be clean!! Fresh paint would be a big improvement. The cost to improve wouldn't be too expensive. You would have a much better review. I have taken some pics if you would like to view. We would definately recommend to a friend, once the improvements are taken care of.

Pictures can be deceiving!

Let me start with the good. Nice views of the Marina and Ocean. The unit had all the expected appliances as well as dishes cutlery and towels. The BAD. I've stayed at cleaner truck stop motels. And no this wasn't just a case of a rushed cleaning after the last guests. This was months of built up grime. It was just gross. When you walk in, the unit looks dated but with the white tile floors and mirrored walls it looked nice. At first glance it seemed clean but when you actually start unpacking and putting you stuff away you realize it was just superficially wiped down. The level of built up grime in the shower and on the refrigerator doors is disgusting. So much dust and dirt on all of the fixtures. My sinuses hate dust and dirt. Usually when I'm in Hawaii the ocean air and tradewinds give me a reprieve from my alergies. Not here, they were on full alert. The top of the door ringer/peep hole had so much dust it looked like the inside of a vacuum cleaner. Same with the lamps, tv, dvd, cable hvac return and chachki art pieces. The lanai was filthy. I know that the pigeons can be a problem but it should have at least been clean when we first got there. We arrived before check in at 3pm and called to see if the unit was ready. It was not, we were told that the cleaners were still working. We said no problem just let us know when it's ready. We got a call about an hour later at around 2pm and told we could go up. So you would think that it would be freshly clean. NO! There was so much bird poop on the chairs, table and lanai my wife gagged. And the lounger were well worn and saggy. Definitely not like the picture in the listing. The unit came with extra change of sheets. One set was well worn with a few holes and seems coming undone. A prior reviewer commented that the mattress dust sham was ripped. And it still was for us. We changed the pillow cases a few days into our trip. Big mistake! We saw how gross the actual pillows were. Big yellow sweat stains all over. Another problem was a floor tile was cracked and chipped on the floor by the bed. You could tell it had been this way for awhile since it had dirt build up down in the chipped area. Unfortunately it had not been repaired even though there were spare tiles leftover from the installation stored in the closet. Anyway it is right by the bedside. On the first night I got out of bed to use the bathroom and caught my toe on the sharp edge and received a nice cut. Not a great way to start two
