In the quiet and popular area of Trousse Chemise, 300m from the beach and 500m from the golf course, we offer a 4-bedroom house for 9 people.
It was completely renovated in 2018 and benefits from an enclosed garden of 1000 m2
It is located in the very quiet condominium of the Vieilles Vignes which provides access to 2 quality tennis courts on request. The cycle path passes in front of the house.
Composition: entrance hall with cupboard, fully equipped kitchen, large living room, large covered terrace with barbecue, 2 double bedrooms with private shower room, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 pull-out bed, bathroom with bathtub and shower, separate toilet, laundry room (washing machine and dryer). Plenty of storage. The whole spread over 145m2 of living space
In season rental from Sunday to Sunday to avoid traffic jams at the bridge crossing.
Everything is provided for the little ones: high chair, bed, bath, stroller on request
The bedding is new and of quality

C'est une très jolie maison entièrement rénovée il y a quelques années, la décoration est très jolie et choisie avec goût. Les chambres et la literie sont confortables, attention, une des chambres est accessible par le garage (on peut y accéder par l'intérieur). Nous y avons séjournée pour le jour de l'an, c'était vraiment très calme. L'emplacement est un peu loin dans l'île mais rien de rédhibitioire (proche phare de la baleine). Un grand merci pour ce moment très sympathique et les réponses rapides apportées par le propriétaire et Priscilla.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce logement. Nous étions 3 couples et un adulte et nous avions loué le lieu pour nous rendre à un mariage. Jolie maison bien équipée et propre. Accueil efficace Proche de la plus belle plage de l’île Le tennis en accès gratuit est super chouette Le jardin pourrait être mieux entretenu et la route est un peu proche mais les chambres sont au calme. Attention si vous venez avec des ados : le lit superposé n’est pas assez long pour eux!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle villa situé au bout de l’île de Ré. Il faut compter plus d’une demi heure de route en voiture si vous voulez aller à saint Martin de Ré. Tout était parfait.

Excellentes vacances.

Jolie maison, bien située près des belle plages. L’espace, l’agencement de la maison, son équipement ,une décoration soignée et une literie confortable, tout à participé à notre détente. La terrasse et le jardin sont un plus, et la situation est idéale pour les amateurs de marche et bien sûr de vélo. A refaire!

Nous avons passé un super week-end dans la maison. Elle avait tous ce que nous recherchions. Une chambre avec salle de bain pour tous les adultes. Une grande table à l abris sur la terrasse pour les apéritifs et le déjeuner. Une grande table pour le dîner. La cuisine est bien équipée. La maison est à 10 minutes de la plage. La table de Ping Pong pour les enfants c était très bien. Le seul bémol peut être c est la chambre pour les enfants. Un lit superposé et un lit à tiroir. Une chambre bien pour des enfants.

Keine Wünsche offen geblieben

Sehr schönes, geräumiges und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Komplett ausgestattete Küche, in der es an nichts fehlte. Induktionsherd, Backofen, reichlich Geschirr vorhanden. Schöne Terasse und großer Garten. Zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Natürlich hört man tagsüber zeitweilig Autos auf der Straße. Aber Abends und Nachts totale Ruhe. Wir haben die Zeit in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. War alles perfekt und auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und dem Verwalter vor Ort reibungslos und ohne Probleme. Danke

Très beau séjour de juin

Nichée dans le nord de l'île, cette maison possède tout ce que peut souhaiter celui qui cherche à apprécier Ré pour son côté nature. Un petit passage à l'arrière du jardin vous mène à pied à la belle plage de Trousse-Chemise ou à celle de la Patache à partir de laquelle il suffit de longer la côte pour aller à la découverte de la réserve des oiseaux marins qui y nichent, de sa flore et des marais salants...

Könnte etwas mehr Pflege vertragen

Das Haus hat leider nicht wirklich zu uns gepasst. Zum einen hätten wir nicht vermutet, dass am Ende der Insel so ein Verkehr herrscht, zum anderen hätte das Haus etwas mehr Pflege verdient. Playmobil Teile in den Räumen, Glasscherben auf der Terasse, Oberflächen und andere Dinge waren nur Details, die auf die verbesserungsfähige Sauberkeit hingewiesen haben. Nur als Beispiel: Wenn die Möglichkeit besteht zu grillen, ist das ja grundsätzlich super. Wenn man allerdings vorher die Überreste vom "vor-griller" noch beseitigen muss, lasse ich es lieber ganz sein...
