The House

It is a house where you feel on vacation all year long: bathed in light, 200m from the beach of Pointe Rouge, 5 minutes walk from the departure of the natural park of the creeks, 15 'of the old Port.
It is surrounded by a garden of 350m2 with swimming pool, which offers shaded areas under the plane tree, apricot or lime tree, very pleasant in summer.
On the ground floor, the bay windows of the kitchen open completely onto the garden and the large living room of 80m2 is accessible by bay windows that give on one side a charming patio and the other on the garden. A double bedroom with its bathroom complete this floor.
On the 1st floor, 4 bedrooms, 1 double and the bathroom.
On the 2nd floor, it's a children's paradise with a 30m2 attic room, which can also be used as an extra bed for children.

The beach
At the end of the street, 200 m walk, the Pointe Rouge beach, with its restaurants, glaciers, sailing, windsurfing, paddle, jet ski ...

Groceries
Always at the end of the street, you will find all the necessary small shops: baker, butcher, pharmacy, Carrefour express, florist and glaciers. A supermarket is 5 minutes walk and a department store Carrefour 5 minutes by car.

Access to the house is simply by car, bus (stop at the bottom of the street) or by shuttle boat directly to the port of Pointe Rouge from the old port.

We can provide you with our car during the stay (rented on the site OuiCar.fr) and a semi-rigid boat for rent by the day at the port of Pointe Rouge to visit the creeks (boat license required )
