Lake House at Georgetown - just steps from the marina & easy winter access

Very nice and clean newer home, rent the entire house. The view of the lake and ski hill are free and spectacular. Located lakeside at Denton's Point Marina, Georgetown lake. Great Access to Discovery ski Area, Georgetown Lake and surrounding recreation in the Pintlers. Close to both Historic mining town of Philipsburg and Anaconda with Old Works Golf course.

House has a master bedroom on the main floor with a king bed and views of the lake. It also has a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom is upstairs and has two double beds. In the upstairs loft there is a twin XL bed with a twin trundle. Each room has its own thermostat to keep warm on those chilly days.

Main area is great for everyone to gather and hang out complete with rough sawn wood floors and beautiful windows to the lake and ski hill. Large couch perfect for watching movies or relaxing. Kitchen table seats 8 for meals and to play games. There are also 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar to eat, watch and converse with those cooking. Kitchen has a full sized fridge, dishwasher, oven range, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and crock pot. It is also equipped with two sets of pots and pans, dining utensils, plates, bowls and glasses. There is also some plastic plates, and cups of the kids. Some coffee is provided but feel free to also bring your own. (grounds or K-cup)

The views and sounds of wildlife on the back porch never get old. Sit outside on our benches and have your coffee or cook on the gas grill. Wood is also provided to enjoy our fir pit with your friends and family. Across the street we have Georgetown Lake Marina (Denton's Point) where you can launch your boat, go for a swim or go fishing.

GEORGETOWN LAKE
• Open third Saturday in May through March 31, except for the South
and East shoreline area which is only open July 1 through March 31. (Denton's Point)
South and East shoreline areas described as follows: all waters from
the shore or within 100 yards of shore in the area extending from
a point 200 yards west of Denton’s Point Marina (along the shore,
including all of Stuart Mill Bay) to a point 200 yards north from the
mouth of North Fork Flint Creek.

For the little ones there is a high chair and a pack n play.
