Semi-detached, renovated holiday home, ideally located in the heart of the resort, 5 minutes' walk from the large beach and shops. On the ground floor, it has a pleasant living room with an open fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave), a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom and WC. Upstairs, two bedrooms with a double bed, storage. Terrace with enclosed garden (400m2), garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs.
