"La Terrasse de Clarabide" is a T2 cabin of 36m² + 7m² of garden level terrace - 4/6 people. Quality services; completely refurbished in spring 2019; with a private parking space and a private cellar.

The Residence Clarabide, of recent construction, is located in the village of Loudenvielle, 250m from the church and the town hall, 400m from Carrefour Montagne and all shops, near Balnea, Lake of Genos.
West facing apartment on the ground floor in a quiet location with a beautiful view of the mountains. Sunny all afternoon.

Description of the apartment:
Living room: sofa bed 140, living room table, TV 43 ’flat screen 4K WIFI with unlimited access to NETFLIX included; Hi-fi system ; storage unit. Connected heating.

New fitted kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, pyrolysis oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, Senseo.

Washing machine 3Kg.

Master bedroom with 140 cm bed, 32 ’flat screen TV Full HD WIFI LED with unlimited access to NETFLIX including storage unit. Connected heating.

Sleeping area "chalet atmosphere" with 2 pull-out beds in 90. Many clever storage. Connected heating.
Baby cot.

The beds are all fitted with new duvets and pillows.
Storage cupboard with wardrobe.

Bathroom with walk-in shower, stone sink, heated anti-fog mirror and connected towel dryer.

Located in the Louron valley, near St-Lary, Arreau, the Peyrsoude pass, Bagnère de Luchon, the Louron valley is remarkable for the variety of activities on offer: Peyragudes ski resort (10 km) and Val Louron ski resort (7Km), mountain hiking, paragliding, cycling, mountain biking, Balnea, Ludéo (swimming pool, slides), Ludic-Park, Genos Lake (pedal boats, canoe, Paddle), minigolf, etc.

Cosy and well-furnitured accomodation, with friendly and absolutely helpful owners. The location suits for a lot of excursions/sport activities in this splendid nature and Loudenville with its beautiful lake offers the possibility for relaxing leisure activities as well.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans l’appartement de Florence et Sylvain.La résidence est au calme tout en étant à proximité de tout à Loudenvielle! Tout se fait à pied: commerces, Balnéa, lac, restaurants. C’est très agréable! Le soir, après le repas, c’est si agréable de partir à pied pour faire le tour du lac. De la terrrase nous avons pu profiter d’une belle vue sur les montagnes!L’appartement est très fonctionnel, confortable et superbement bien rénové! Rien ne manque!C’est un vrai confort!Un grand merci à Florence et Sylvain pour leur accueil au top!

Très beau séjour et bel appartement

Appartement rénové avec gout et de très belle qualité. Tout a fait adapté pour une famille de 4 personnes (2adultes et 2enfants). Tous les équipements nécessaires sont présents. Emplacement très calme, en pleine montagne et proche du centre ville. De très belles randos sont possibles à proximité, ainsi que des activités familiales: piscine, balneo,lac...
