About this property

By the Lake, in the Woods, and in Nature

A quiet chalet with 2x90m² of living space located in the hills above Loudenvielle, a typical Pyrenean village with narrow streets, stone houses, and slate roofs.

Tastefully decorated, with a natural “mountain” atmosphere thanks to its 100% wood interior.
Large, pleasant terrace with no overlooking buildings, offering beautiful views of Lake Génos–Loudenvielle and the mountains at the far end of the valley.
Appliances (dishwasher; washing machine; refrigerator with freezer; glass-ceramic cooktop; and conventional and microwave ovens).
TV with digital terrestrial TV (TNT), CD and DVD players

Option to rent the adjoining “mountain-side” apartment, which also sleeps 6.

Located 500 metres from the shops in the village centre (Carrefour Montagne; bakery, pharmacy, sports store); the Valley Tourist Office; and the Museum and Film Theatre complex (offering two screenings per week).
Located 800 metres from the Balnéa water park and Lake Génos-Loudenvielle, where you can enjoy outdoor pools and water slides; horseback riding; a treetop adventure course; inflatable play structures...

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable house with great views!

We were warm welcomed by Stephane, the owner and builder of the complete wooden house on the hillside of Loudenvielle. The house has all the comforts you need for a relaxed holiday. The surroundings in de Val de Lourdon are beautiful. And everything is nearby. All information and maps of the valley are present in the house. With the map we walked several mountain trails. We are curious how the valley looks like in winter!
