Madam you made a reservation directly on the site at the last night on the day you took the plane you have not contacted me to give you information to guide you when you arrive in mauritius , i think the mistake comes from your side , you cannot disembark in the country if you do not have contact with the owner ofthe accommodation you have reserved , i would like to point out to you that this accommodation is well located in grand baie and that he has a tourist permit
