MOLIETS PLAGE, under the pine forest, to the song of the cicadas, come to take the good air of the Landes and enjoy the beach. You like surfing, golf, cycling, walking... Do not hesitate this house is made for you.
Includes: large living room with sofas and TV, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridges...); 2 sleeping areas: 1 part with 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a bathroom with toilet, 1 part with 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, a bathroom and separate toilet. Pantry with large refrigerator/freezer. 2 terraces, 1 to the East and the other to the West. Land not fenced on family estate. Parking space for 2 cars.
Capacity: 9 people - Sheets and towels provided.
A contribution to charges of 50 € per week will be requested between MID OCTOBER et MID MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 170€).
