Located in a quiet neighborhood, just 1 km from the 27-hole golf complex and tennis courts, this house offers an exceptional living environment.
You can also enjoy the large 40m2 terrace offering stunning views of the Courant d'Huchet estuary and the ocean, and savor the sea air and gentle ocean breezes.
Shops, medical center, and numerous restaurants are located nearby, either in the village or at the beachfront. Discover the various activities offered in the region: swimming, surfing, golfing, biking, horseback riding, archery... The Vélodyssée bike path is easily accessible from the house. The beaches of Moliets offer an exceptional setting to relax.
