Beautiful Property!
This home was absolutely beautiful and is in a gorgeous setting. We used this as a home-base for travelling around Northern Ireland and it worked perfectly. The home was very nicely furnished, and our stay was very enjoyable.
We spent one week in this stunning house. We felt right at home when we arrived. The communication with the owners was perfect, they gave us some helpful tips regarding restaurants and what to see. We’ll definitely spend another week there!

We immediately relaxed each time we drove up to the farmhouse and absolutely enjoyed the tranquil and peaceful setting. The house is designed with maximum family space on the main floor with an open kitchen adjacent to the dining & living space - all with gorgeously expansive windows with views onto the surrounding property. We hope to return!

Contemporary cottage in a perfect location.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1 Barn Lane. The home was designed and decorated in a stunning yet welcoming fashion.
The location was perfect for touring, Giant’s Causeway, Carrick-a-rede bridge, Glenveagh National Park Doungal, Royal Portrush, Glenarrif Forest Park and Bushmills.
The house was very clean, and well supplied with nice towels, your typical kitchen appliances and everything you would need for a comfortable stay.
We were also greeted with a plate of the richest brownies a very welcome touch after a long drive.
Thank you –

Communication and payment was very easy. The house is gorgeous. Our son and daughter in law and two friends from England stayed with us very comfortably. The three bathrooms are excellent. We shopped at Tesco in Limavady and cooked at home a lot. The Depot Bar in Limivady is very modern and there are also older traditional pubs. We went for the British Open in Portrush, but we also drove the Antrim Coast, shopped in Ballymena and went to Londonderry. It is a great location, out in the countryside, but close enough to town to get everything you need. I recommend staying there highly. It was a very relaxing experience.
Wow! What a place.
We stayed in August ‘20 as a seven (5 of us as a family and 2 grandparents) and at no point did it feel crammed. The property felt spacious, well laid out and has been maintained to a very high standard.
We had lots of days out therefore was a great base for the attractions on the North Coast. Also, it provided a cosy home feel on those unavoidable rainy days!
Before our stay we asked lots of questions about the property and the surrounding attractions and Kim was more than helpful in answering any queries we had. Thanks Kim!
Would definitely book Barn Lane again and really recommend it to either families or couples looking for a break.

My overall impression of this cottage is fully positive. The house is very bright with natural light pouring from all sides even on a dull, cloudy day. It is quite open plan yet private at the same time for the various family members. We've stayed in a great number of Homeaway properties around the world over the years and this has been the best. The communication by Kim matched the standard of the property.
This unique and stunning cottage provides a great base to explore the north of Ireland. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. Avoiding the rain is very pleasant!! Would def recommend or revisit.
We loved the house. Gorgeous views and sunsets, 15 minutes to long beaches. The house was warm and cosy, everything on hand for self catering. Loved it. Highly recommend.
The house and location are perfect for a relaxing break to recharge your batteries. The house design and amenities are first class, the immediate views and surrounding area were a much more than we could have anticipated. There is so much of interest within easy reach of the house: it truly is perdition!
Glorious location! Super modern amenities in an ideal rural setting away from the chaos of tourists. I wish I could pack up the house and take it with me everywhere I travel. Truly lovely.

The property is stunning. The setting is rural and private. The interior of the property is a thing of beauty with an open plan design on ground floor with option of closing off kitchen. It feels like its been created by a very creative/artistic couple/team. The bedrooms are of good size with excellent toilet/shower facilities (and bath in the main bathroom). The shops in nearby Limavady were very good with an excellent butcher, bakery, greengrocers (and a large Tesco to supply the rest). Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. There are 2 outdoor seating areas, one good for morning and afternoon sun the other good for the evening. We loved this place and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of nearby amenities. We were able to get to Portrush, Portstewart, Benone, Castlerock beaches/facilities all within about 35 mins
Excellent homestay in a beautiful part of Northern Ireland
Excellent property, aesthetically done up, conveniently located. Lots of great walking trails all around. Superb golf courses. Nice places to eat. Overall first rate.
This place is fabulous. The home, location, and amenities created a sense of calmness that we did not want to leave. We took many Day trips around Northern Ireland and the Donegal area. Such a beautiful spot. The owners were helpful in every way. Thank you for a great stay.

Quiet, cute and comfy
Loved having a great kitchen and a nearby grocery store. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. Loved all of the windows and natural light, the privacy, and the cows in the yard. The homemade brownies left as a welcome gift were divine! We have fond memories of our stay!

Wonderful holiday in an amazing property
We had a wonderful stay at this stunning property. The home is ultra modern yet comfortable and relaxing to stay in. The decoration and fittings are first class and very well thought out. We really did not want to leave at the end of the week. It has inspired us to apply some of the ideas to our own home. The owners were very welcoming on arrival and showed us all of the feature of the house. The gift of salted caramel chocolate brownies was very much appreciated. The information files provided were excellent and contained everything that we needed. This is a great location for the north coast of Northern Ireland and the north part of the Wild Atlantic Way. The Titanic museum and Belfast are within visiting distance, and are a must.

Peaceful and convenient
We had a lovely stay here. So close to many of the Northern Ireland attractions while still feeling private and secluded. Kim and her husband are lovely and have thought of everything you might need. The log fire was grand and the sheep were fun to watch as well. Thanks for letting us stay!
